Simply horrible customer service! They act like they are doing you a favor by assisting you. Their idea of a joke: an urn on their sales counter with a sign that says, "The ashes of a customer who complained"! Really sorry that I bought a stove from them and will never, ever give them another dime from my pocket. Tried to buy pellets from them last year and called the day before checking on their availability. Was told twice that they had plenty of pellets. That night I shoveled out my utility trailer so that I could fetch the pellets, which was no small feat considering the winter we had last year. Next day, I went to get my pellets and was told I could only get 15 bags. When I objected, the owner basically yelled at me and told me that they couldn't keep track of who said what to a customer. Had they been upfront with me, I could have put 15 bags in the back of my SUV and saved myself a lot of shoveling. I'll burn oil before I ever buy anything from them again! read more
