THE DRIVER STOLE MY $565 BOSE HEADPHONES AND MARKED THEM DELIVERED !!!!!! I've called yesterday and 3 people said they found my package and being delivered 6-8pm then nothing came. Today called and a supervisor said they found your package in the system then called brookesville ups hub and they said the package is still lost and they are looking for it. This was marked delivered at 6:08pm on july 25th and still nothing as of today !!! We were outside having a bbq when the "so called" delivery happened. We live on a deeded road and we have never lost a package everyone knows everyone here. No ups truck or any random vehicles came on our street. The driver STOLE MY PACKAGE. $565 Bose overear headphones and he was in his 20's. WORST EXPERIENCE AND HORRIFIED BY THIS THEFT !!!! read more

Terribly lacking in customer service. I get at least one package every week that is late. 70% package damage in 2025. I received 248 packages. Pathetic. read more

Fraud theft at this location UPS should investigate. Package marked as damaged and thrown out! no coverage no responsibility.

So Tired of this company. Was told delivery between 10-2 then3-6 well it shows up at 5:15 that would be ok. However the driver comes on the porch and puts a note on the door saying we missed you. Our service has been excellent. Just 50 feet into our driveway is a sign that says all deliveries to be placed on a platform at the corner of our home, another fifty feet. Today someone left a package on the damp ground right next to the sign. Where did they get this guy ? We are elderly and both disabled. Our usual guys always drop our deliveries on the platform next to the gate, just 15 feet from our front door. Not today. We had our driver put delivery instructions in his hand held computer. ALL packages are to be put in the bench seat on our porch and ring the bell. For the last two days expensive packages have been left on a table on our driveway. I tried calling the 1-800 number and didn't get past the computer, lousy service. The majority of our packages are for our business and if the bell is rung notifying us the package is there. We can take care of our customer who is waiting for the parts. This must be a replacement driver, this individual doesn't want me to rip them a new one if I catch them leaving packages where they could be STOLEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

nothing then all packages delivered damaged at front door the box opened contents rifled through and the big rug dirty and plastic torn. I told the ups guy to take them back he cussed me and went to truck left stuff then when I went back into my house he came back and got the stuff. I have never had such an experience. Of course that stuff could not be accepted it was damaged and rifled through. I never got anyone to help me and never heard back . Why would ups hire drivers that are unable to find an address? This happened twice before but that was prior to Covid and I didn't care the stuff was left at strangers house one time I even walked the area and found my boxes at a house that was for sale and empty ups really should try and get drivers that can find an address and educate themselves on safety during a pandemic. read more

This has to be one of the worse UPS Hubs in the country. Had a package scheduled for delivery 10/29/22 yesterday. Showed out for delivery, truck backed in our driveway then immediately pulled back out without leaving anything. Now tracking shows " will update on you on status". This is not the first time this has happened. read more

I have gotten notices of package being delivered at my front door. Which is impossible due to front door being 300 feet behind a closed gate. Cant seem to get a hold of anyone for help. I have however gotten miscellaneous packages for people who live up to TEN MILES AWAY and not even on my street. How tf you cant find an address with gps literally on every cell phone? Our address is clearly marked on our mailbox, on our package drop box, on our driveway and on both gates to house. And when they do actually deliver to me, they leave boxes propped on top of fence posts?? Do yall only hire special ed graduates?? read more

They lost my package. It said delivered and it was not. we were here all day and no UPS truck. Why would something be signed off as delivered. This is the 3rd time this has happened in 2 months. They have a thief that is a driver. Use fed ex!!!! read more

Would be zero if possible! UPS just dropped off a package at my house containing a fairly expensive auto part. The item was just left at the door and the delivery guy didn't ring the bell at all. Also, package was torn on one end and bill of lading was missing. Looks like no care was taken in the delivery process at all. UPS is just a total waste of space and resources. Again, not surprised by low rating. Delivery by 9pm, which as a single mom I don't like opening the door at night (especially when story of delivery driver dressed as FedEx, shot 2 people); furthermore our garbage company comes at 530am making all kinds of noise. Whatever, they blame the coronaLIE-RUS which is total bs as they're wearing masks and gloves; lied multiple times saying tried 2 deliver when we were here (wrong house maybe? I have gotten neighbors packages); then called twice and was "assured they were on their way", waited until 930pm, still nothing. Called back, lied 2 again. Shut light off, locked doors. Their facility is literally 10 minutes away from my home, and package left at 8am!! I hate being lied to...hate it. Especially when telemarketers cannot even get tracking information when spoken very slowly with z for zebra, etc. Those masks are making people less intelligent by the minute. Unreal. I might show up tomorrow, but at this point I just want some sleep. There are plenty of people looking for work, go hire some of them. read more

This center is the biggest joke I have had to deal with in a long time. They lie rather that admit they made a mistake. I have to ship my Amazon orders to friends homes in order to receive them. I only wish I could ship by Fed Ex or USPS. One someone at UPS please restaff this hub with people that want to help someone!!! read more
