    Came here yesterday afternoon for pick up, the security guard informed me that I would have to come back during will call hours (M-F 9-10:30 AM or 6-8:30 PM). I got here today (Thurs) at 10 AM and they asked me to use the front desk phone to call the UPS worker named Chris. After waiting on hold for over 10 mins, I was told by the security guard (who contacted someone inside) that I cannot pick up my package because time slot has changed(?) and no one is here to give me my package. Wasted an hour here. Thankfully someone from the back happen to come out and help me out with the situation.

    The call center representatives are all foreign and extremely difficult to understand. They put me on hold and barely were able to assist.

    I'd leave zero stars if I could…read more In my entire life, I've not dealt with a worse delivery service--and I'm old! Inconsistent delivery times. Is it coming in the morning like last time? Nope. Is it coming in the afternoon like the time before? Maybe? Will it even arrive at all?? Deliver-It has also completely lost a box several deliveries ago. Said it was delivered and--nope. Not delivered. I literally buzzed the delivery driver INTO MY BUILDING for this current box and the box was still not left at my door and said "attempted delivery". Not much of an attempt. Why is getting from the front gate (which can be seen from my front window) to my door such a challenge? You folk had one job, Deliver-It. One. It's literally in your name. How you managed to fail so spectacularly at your one job is beyond me. How the box was going from one side of town to the other, not across the globe. I've literally received packages from vendors in china faster than this. Thanks for the hassle. We are now FIVE days past when first delivery attempt was made. How many more days will we have to wait to receive a box that came from about 25 miles away? It could have walked here by now.

    Worst delivery company ever..now I see why it has 1 star review. Tried to deliver my package once…read moreand I missed it and then returned it back to the shipper after saying it would be delivered the next business. I took off work to stay home based on that information. Crap company Apple needs to do better with choosing shipping couriers.
