for 4th time in a year, i waited for a delivery at home, and all i received was a sticker on the door saying we were not home. when in fact i was sitting at my desk waiting for a knock and never received a knock or my package. they were unable to return again... and now i have to go pick it up. this company needs to increase their employment and stop poorly training their drivers and then overstressing them. demanding them to run from truck to door were they can't complete their job. management was unable to fix problems both supervisors, customer service and delivery. and then the insult went further when i called back and requested what was written down in my file from my complaint. nothing, yes nothing. and in their website there is nowhere to write a complaint. they direct you to a customer service representative who seems to me write down no complaint just what was needed to passafy their boses. and supervision does the same never allowing complaints to show on file. as a career operations manager for home depot and coca-cola, you avoid bad reviews, they are a bad mark on you as well. so you avoid them like the plague. especially when you are unable to hire adequate employees to doo the job. i suggest we all use a different delivery company at all cost. the reviews on yelp show how poor they complete their services. read more

I am not a person who generally complains, I was treated like dirt, to put it lightly. I had to pick up a package for my place of employment, after work hours. After waiting over half hour for the jerk working at the counter to retrieve my package, he refused to release it to me. I was informed to bring my photo ID and tracking # with me to pick it up. He basically said I needed proof that I worked for the company otherwise would not release it to me. When I asked his name he told me to leave and was super mean and rude. My biggest peeve is ,POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This person had 0 customer service skills and has NO Business working there. Total JERK!!!!!! read more

DO NOT use UPS!!! Their employees lie to customers in order to cover up their incompetence. UPS lost my package that contained an original oil painting by a well-known artist whose paintings can be found in museums and private collections throughout the world. This item CANNOT be replaced! When the Shipper contacted UPS about the delivery delay, she was assured that the package was not lost or damaged. The UPS Customer Service Representative also told the Shipper that she had personally contacted the delivery driver who confirmed that the package was on his truck and out for delivery, which was a complete LIE! This is NOT the first time UPS has lost one of my packages. The other time it was an Overnight Delivery package that contained a $10,000 check. This place is horrible. I received a note on my door on Monday that I missed a package so I called as directed and went on the website to better track my delivery. I spoke with someone named Jay and he told me someone would call me on Tuesday to confirm where my package was being held so I could go pick it up. On Tuesday morning I received a call that my package would be held at this UPS location and that someone named Misty would be there. I called at 6:30 pm that evening and I talked with Misty who stated that the delivery man just returned and that my package would be available in 10 min. I arrived at the customer center as instructed. This building is located in the middle of nowhere and the entrance to the customer center is hidden so I called the number again and Misty answered helping me get into the building. When I physically arrived, the clerk took my slip and told me to wait while he went to the back to look for my package. I happily waited in the corner wondering why this place only had a 1-star review on yelp. I can't believe I waited more than 40 minutes. The clerk finally comes back out with my slip and he tells me "The driver didn't pull your package." He further told me that the driver whose name is Issac Gonzalez acknowledged the notice to hold the package but did not do so and that he is no longer at the warehouse. The clerk told me there is nothing he could do and instructed me to call the shipper and the 800 UPS number. I called and confirmed that the package will be redelivered on Thursday when someone is home. Despite these efforts, the driver proceeded to deliver for the third time on Wednesday. I left a note on my door for the delivery man to check his system but he replied he "does not know" as his "board doesn't show." I called the 800 UPS number again on Thursday at 6 am to confirm that the delivery will be made. I talked with June and he stated that I cannot pick up my package because my package is held at an address that does not show on his system and that they are going to now process it to ship it back to the shipper. I told him that I have already spoke with multiple representatives to hold the package or delivery it on Thursday and although he saw my request in the system, he could not do anything. He also told me delivery man will not deliver as he already made 3 attempts and that there was nothing I could do. They are very unorganized and unprofessional here. I made a total of 9 calls trying to get my package and despite all my attempts, I was able to receive it. What a waste of time. read more

Came here yesterday afternoon for pick up, the security guard informed me that I would have to come back during will call hours (M-F 9-10:30 AM or 6-8:30 PM). I got here today (Thurs) at 10 AM and they asked me to use the front desk phone to call the UPS worker named Chris. After waiting on hold for over 10 mins, I was told by the security guard (who contacted someone inside) that I cannot pick up my package because time slot has changed(?) and no one is here to give me my package. Someone stole my package there and I can't get in contact with this facility. I have to call the store that my mom shipped it with and they called this "customer center " where they said that they can't send my package back because they can't find it. when I go to find my air pods they're in different locations! One is in the facility and the other is in someone's house in Los Angeles. I live 8 hours away and can't do anything about it because UPS decided to not let you call this facility. After talking to Customer Service earlier that day, this facility called stating I could pick up my missed package here between 8-8:30pm. I arrived at 8:15pm and I could already tell the Customer in front of me was agitated. I waited patiently after John told me they were short-staffed (two people sick, one on vacation). John scanned my InfoNotice, then told me the package wasn't processed and it would take him 5 min to walk and get it. He also said by the time he'd get back, it'd be closing time so he wouldn't get my package. He then proceeded to tell he would ensure it'd get back on the truck AFTER Customer Service said it could not get delivered once a will call was scheduled. I asked him how he knew it was my package to put back on the truck because I already knew he was not, and he said because he scanned my slip. Bonus: I called Customer Service after, and they said my package wasn't even at this location. Nothing like wasting a trip from Long Beach to La Mirada after dinner. read more

Ups somehow could not deliver my package to my apartment so I had to come here to pick it up. I was given a call at around 1pm that it was ready and to go between 6-8:30pm. I show up at 7 and the guy there literally had NO IDEA what to do and I could not understand a single word coming out of his mouth. He seemed impaired in some way or another. He said something around the lines of maybe the truck with my package wasn't there yet so I waited untill 8:20 to check again. When I go back inside the guy comes out with A HUGE PEE STAIN ON HIS PANTS and says "uh the truck has been here parked and they never took your package off, I'm not going back there to look for it, it's a pain in the ASS" TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ups does not have a qualified customer service sept . first of all the don't let you email them for lodging complaints. one must talk to a virtual MACHINE . Isome ups drivers , not all but the ones who violate every traffic / parking law are abundant . today one particular driver blocked my handicap area so he did move up a notch to where he parked in the red zone blocking the right turn only lane I took photos tried reaching out to ups to no avail . so I posted photos / story about the incident on several media sources ups is all about greed not customer service read more

I bought a treadmill from Amazon - it was delivered 3 days early by UPS - I was not expecting it and the driver just left it on the driveway. Did not even ring the doorbell to let me know it had arrived. The thing weighs 120 pounds and it was pretty obvious it needed to be brought into the house. I can't move it and from the label on the box it looks like it needs a forklift. I spent more that 2 hours online with UPS and Amazon and on the phone trying to get someone to help move it into my house - no luck - I am returning it, so when the UPS driver comes to pick it up, he will have a choice. I can cancel the return if he helps me get it in my house, or he can take it back and come back next week with more specific delivery instructions to bring it into my house. If I could give no stars I would! I rarely give a bad review but this has been such a horrible experience. I have been waiting on this package for over 3 weeks. The package was to be delivered at my home however I requested for all my UPS packages be delivered to a UPS store about 2 miles away. For whatever reason, my packages are being held at a location 45 minutes away from me. This was the second time the sender tried to send my package. Mind you the package contains extremely important information that needs to be resolved in a timely manner. Anyhow... I spoke to Kristen who was absolutely RUDE. She was not only RUDE but her customer service skills needs extreme help. She hung up on me when all I wanted was to know where I can pick up my package. Without letting me know where my package was and what time I could pick up she hung up on me. If you are in a customer service type of job you have to deal with all types of customers and clearly she does not know how to do her job. Prior to this conversation I spoke to a different person who stated they would redeliver my package on monday. I took it upon myself to call the location and and find out when I could pick up my package and if my package is even at that location. I was not helped or given proper service. After speaking to 2 representatives, I still do not know where my package is and where to pick it up. read more

wish I could rate it a zero if possible. I went to pick up my package after I "missed" my package when they came to deliver it. There wasn't a InfoNotice informing me that they had attempted, I had found out that I "missed" it because I was refreshing my UPS tracking number in anticipation of receiving my package. I decided to pick it up myself and was informed that I could pick it up as long as I came before 8. I told them I'd be there in 5 minutes. But when I went, no one would answer the door, there were people in line already. Turns out, the person in front of me had been waiting for 50 minutes for the person working to locate his package. When the guy finally came out with the package of the person waiting, I asked him about how long it would take to locate mine along with 3 other people's. He told me that the packages were not shelved so it has been taking him longer time. I took that into consideration (but still not understanding why they weren't organizing their packages) while waiting for the person to locate our packages. Another 45 minutes passed before I called quits because it was getting late. When I called the displayed number throughout the wait, a person would answer (it's not the same guy who is retrieving the packages) and would comment that somebody will be coming in 5 minutes. While I was there, there was a person who had called the police because UPS couldn't find his/her package, a person had been waiting all day to receive medicine, and another person had been waiting by their door but never saw a UPS truck pass by. As for me, there wasn't a knock or a slip but UPS still indicated that they had attempted. So PLEASE UPS, update your delivery system, or SOMETHING, because our packages are not properly delivered despite paying for shipping (I paid 10 dollars!). read more
