Poor communication This is to their SF team, I submitted an online inquiry, they responded that a designer or a supervisor will give me a call tomorrow. I emailed back confirming it worked for me, everything seemed smooth. There was no call the next day, I decided I'll wait a bit as I wasn't particularly rushed. More than 10 days later I still heard nothing, no call, no email. I followed up, emailed them and told them their services were no longer required but I wanted to pass on feedback that their communication was lacking. Upstage did an amazing job, however, their stagers turned down our AC to 55 and let it run for a few days straight. Water was leaking from the condensation, but luckily it was within the tubing. The AC would've been on until the open house (over one week) if we hadn't gone to check out the work. There was a significant rise in our electric bill and when I emailed Tracy, there was zero response. The de-stallers also left several holes in the walls and nails within the carpet.
