The small mom & pop gallery consists of great local artists displaying some of their artwork and crafts. Hopefully each carefully made piece can find a loving home someday! Especially in this unforgiving pandemic. Upon walking around the small shopping center in Rifle, we found Midland Arts Company has a lot of love to give.. Beautiful pottery, jewelry, scarves, woodwork and more! I enjoyed eyeing some of the post cards and paintings as well of wildlife.

Our first framing needs out here, I approached with a little trepidation, but I shouldn't have been concerned at all. The Framer at Main Street Gallery, specifically Cate, took our first couple of framing projects, a modest work of art that nonetheless had great sentimental value to us, plus a simple photograph and paw impression of our recently deceased dog (lost to cancer). I had some idea of how I wanted the pieces done, amd Cate did a wonderful job of helping me settle on styles, materials, and colors. She thoroughly explained options like types of glass. Then, Cate and her team quickly completed the work with a very high level of quality of work, and at a price, like my old framers, that was not inexpensive but that I consider a wonderful value. TL;DR: Great service, including creative consultation up front, completed in a good time frame, high quality work, value priced. Kudos to The Framer!

I bought two wonderful bottles here: - Wild Roots Marionberry infused vodka; I love Marionberries! - Wood Creek Distillers Limited Edition Seasonal Gin infused with blue butterfly pea flowers, made locally with spring water as I am a big fan (read my reviews on Shoshone, Navajo, Cheyenne and Stratton Springs in Manitou Springs). I actually went back twice during my stay to also get bottled spicy, smoky margaritas and a pineapple daiquiri in small cans that were ready to drink. The service here was super friendly. On our second day, they offered us some free bags of small chips as we bought X-amount. Very nice and friendly and they carry artisanal spirits, that's my kinda place!
