Once started they spent a lot of time and care prepping everything from the cleaning all wood surfaces to taking care of a lot of carpenter bee damage (damn those things) as well as repairing some wood pecker damage. They took care and did a professional complete neat job in a timely manner. We had some rot damage areas that took us a full year to get repaired after they had finished everything else and they immediately came back out and completed the job. It looks excellent now.
