What she explains on the phone are all the reasons why they won't help you and don't care if you order from them again. She does consider an exchange but only for the exact same short in a different color. Your short you have to pay to send them back, then their QC looks them over to decide if you can exchange them and if they don't pass you have to pay to get them back again or they send to good will. They are final sale with the sku ending in 91 but I missed reading that disclosure. It's not encouraging for me to want to order from them again when they make it so difficult. Make sure you read disclosures if you decide to order from them. I have many choices and this is the first time I have had problems and I will not choose them again.

I was able to purchase a new wardrobe down to the shoes, jewelry and handbag. I was happy to find a large variety of Brighton which is nice. The clothes are priced competitively to other boutiques and the quality is top notch. To top it off their staff is very helpful and attentive and they offer alterations for a minimal fee. Love that they offer it all with excellent service. I would recommend this store to anyone who visits Seneca like I do.
