I chalked it up to him maybe having a bad day and forgot about it. One other woman was working and she took the next pedicure that came in shortly after me. My pedicure was pretty bad overall: rough and fast. Part of my service included callous removal, which he forgot about. The service is listed on the menu as a 45 minute service -- I was on the chair for less than 30 minutes. It was like he couldn't wait to get me out of there fast enough, and I, in turn, couldn't wait to leave, either. I was loyal to this place for its convenience and otherwise good pedicures, but feel they on a downhill slide in both quality and cleanliness.

My nails were left uneven and rough, the technician did not even attempt to work on my cuticles, the polish was so badly applied that it needs to be redone already this evening. This is also the most expensive manicure that I have ever had. My recommendation is that you save your money, your time, your frustration, and go somewhere else.

The worse you can find is ones where they try to sell you a million products, take forever, and judgmentally ask you if you want something else waxed. I've been going to this location for about three years. I always go with the waxer who is available at the time I want to go. I've had mixed reviews on my experience here, but most of them are pretty good experiences. At this location you can usually be done 15-25 minutes. They've stopped the judgemental wax questions too. There is one waxer there who is so easy to talk to and makes the whole experience amazing, I'm blanking on her name, but know there are some great people here. If you come often, I highly recommend purchasing a wax pass, it makes things cheaper. This location is clean and has chairs when you're waiting to be called.
