So my neighbor and I share a small sliver of a front yard (cul-de-sac) so he scheduled a sod install for his front and back yard. He included our yard with his order (less than a pallet for us) and it was to be installed on 5/25. The called him back to say that the extra pallet messed up the order and that it had to be moved to 6/4. The day before 6/4 he got a message that they had to move it to 6/14 because the fields were soggy. On 6/14 they sent him a message that they overbooked themselves and were behind schedule because of the 6/4 delay and had to move the install to 6/17. On 6/17 they messaged him to say that they had to move it to 6/18. On 6/18 they messaged him with another excuse as to why the install couldn't happen and that is when he just canceled the order all together. The prices posted are well below the average for installing sod. If they were able to keep their promises to install the sod then the rating would be much higher. There does not seem to be any concern on their part when they cancel appointments and reschedule them. If you are OK with getting your sod installed somewhere within a month or two of your promised date then this company is the one for you. Extreme flexibility on your part is a must. read more

Rosa quoted a price for my entire yard front back and both sides. They also quoted my neighbors yard at the same time. We both agreed to the price and was scheduled to install Friday the 12th. I went out of town that day, and when I came back half of my left side yard had no sod. I was told that they would be coming back to do the side yard that they were going to be pulling it out of the back because they put down too much sod towards the Lake, which they didn't it was right at the palm trees where it was supposed to be. As they are pulling the sod from the backyard and putting it on the side of the house, I contacted Rosa and told her that they are now going up my yard and sent her a picture and she said yes that wasn't correct. She then responds back to me that she missed quoted the quote, they are a pallet short and it's another roughly $500 for them to finish the job that SHE quoted me when she was the one who came out and did the measurements herself. I told her I would put down the extra sod myself to help out the cost, but I am not paying for more sod because of their error. She then tells me they will be back in two weeks to finish, which means I now have to water my whole backyard twice a day for 45 minutes for another two weeks which is going to cost me money on my water bill. they also broke a sprinkler head by that I had flagged that she said wasn't marked. I had video camera evidence from my security system, showing the flag was there and that a bunch of the sod never got watered for 3 days, even though I told them before I left, I wanted to Check the sprinklers and the installer said no don't worry about it. They were also pulling sod from the same pallets for both mine and my neighbors yard so she's trying to tell me that it's my responsibility because she measured my yard wrong when it could be my neighbors that she measured wrong. They don't want to make this right so I will be seeing them in court. Also, the quality of the sod is average. There are several pallets that almost have no dirt , and tons of small hand size patches that wilzl be lucky if survives. read more

This is a sod business in the Lakeland area. Their prices are excellent and their service extraordinary. They have the quality sod, the proper equipmennt and the manpower to do the job. They installed a muck-based floratam in my yard quickly and efficiently. The sod was cut from Sebring or Avon Park area and delivered fresh. The yard "took" right away and is beautiful. They were upfront about sod costs vs labor costs. They wasted very little product on the install. They have a FB page. Highly recommend. read more
