Fernando and the crew do very high quality work with great attention to detail. They were able to perform all of my requests in a timely manner. I took my Ruby Red Mustang to fix a gouge in the paint on the grill area of the car, replace the chin spoiler and service the windshield washers. The windshield washer reservoir is only accessable from under the car so I had them do that service while they did the other work. When they performed the gouge repair they removed the entire bumper cover so they could remove the grill and do the job properly, not just patch, mask the grill and paint. The shield under the car also had to be removed, a great time to fix the windshield washers and replace the chin spoiler. When I took my car in I pointed out some deep scratches on my fender that a detailer left with his buffer. That detailer could not buff it out and denied scratching the car. Another detailer was not able to buff it out either. The fine people at Urban Collision Center were able the buff out the scratch and touch up a tiny ding on the edge of the drivers door. A very plesant suprize! Now that I received my car back it is in perfect condition! Urban Collision Center also performs major repairs, i.e. they were spot welding a new roof the a car while I was there. A trash truck backed into my car and put a deep whole in my bumper. It was difficult dealing with his insurance. I took it to Urban Collision Center for repairs. Upon taking my car apart, Fernando at Urban Collision Center requested 2 supplements from the insurance company because first that insurance wanted to put after market parts on my Acura that I had purchased brand new. I was not accepting that. He said not to worry and that he would deal with the insurance to get Acura parts from Acura . Once he had that approved, he found internal damage from the deep whole that was punctured from the trash truck and he requested a 2nd supplement. I didn't have to deal with that insurance anymore. He did a remarkable job. The car looks brand new and with Acura parts only. He did an excellent job of color matching and blending. I was so happy when I saw it. He even had my car cleaned and mini detailed which I wasn't expecting. My car was sparkling like I had just bought it new off a dealership lot. Excellent body shop work. He made sure to test all of the sensors in the surrounding areas of the collision to make sure everything was working properly. When he found something wasn't working right, he fixed it. You can imagine an extreme change of attitude from being in a good mood getting up in the morning to tackle the day and going to work and finding a smashed rear end of my car! So I decided to take it in to the urban collision center and get it looked at. This was only after checking a few other body shops that my insurance, Mercury , recommended to me. They stated it would take at least one month just to get parts and another 2 to 2 1/2 months to do the work. I know there is a shipment shortage around the world and I was not willing to go that route with The insurance specified body shops , so that's why I chose urban collision. They assessed the car and shopped for the parts while I still was able to drive around, although not showing that smashed side to people very often, for a couple of weeks! Mike and the boys really stepped up and got right on it. Even though the parts were in , it did take an extra week for them to do the actual bodywork on the trunk part of the Camaro. Mike even went above and beyond and installed a bracket at my request to hook my dog's leash up to , so it can stay in place underneath the convertible top as her kind of seatbelt restraint hooked up to her harness. They even took it upon themselves to patch up the driver's door edge that often opened up on some cement wall or metal sides of buildings.
