I really like the convenient location of the Urban Mystic. It's centrally located yet squirrelled away like a secret Narnia above a wig shop. The atmosphere and micro-shop (selling crystals, sage, etc) were clean and serene. Marlene, what a wonder! For such a small lady she has quite a big personality! Going to these things can be vulnerable and nerve-wracking. Marlene's spitfire personality broke the ice immediately. I had a wonderful reading covering many aspects of my life and personal journey; Marlene was very intuitive and her interpretation of my numerology was very accurate. I learned a lot about myself and had certain personality traits and chronic struggles illuminated for me. To the skeptics: I completely understand how 'lofty' the idea of a psychic is, but if you're considering going to something like this my question to you would be, what do you want to get out of it? Marlene is absolutely amazing at her work. Today has been about the 6th or 7th reading I have had with her in the last couple of years and I always walk away from my reading feeling rejuvenated. I LOVE THIS WOMAN LOL! I saw her on Sept 16/06 and i couldn't believe how well she knew me personally and my personality traits when i never met her before!
