Revolving door of nail techs. I absolutely love the girl who runs the front desk so that's why I left it at 3 stars. Also nice salon, great color selection, good at getting you in. BUT the lady grinded my nails down so far they are just breaking and bleeding. I also asked numerous times for them not to be ground down at all so I just don't understand why. So I know booking a last minute nail appointment was stupid, however, I still think that with the fact that their website where you book an appointment ahead of time is a bit misleading. I booked an appointment at 6pm, as shown in the first photo, that was the latest that had accepted appointments that's day (a thursday, which is understandable, they close at 7. What is not understandable is how they started rushing me halfway through my appointment. I walked in, showed them a few photos of what I was dead set on wanting, they said "okay we will get you a tech who can do that" practically saying yes that is what you're going to get. They were very kind at first however, when the clock hit 6:30, my tech's employees started saying things to her, seemingly like they wanted her to finish it up (clearly I don't know due to our language barrier), so then the tech starts to vigorously file my nails, leaving them crooked, which is very upsetting, because it wasn't one or two, it was legitimately all of them. I'm including many photos of what I asked for compared to what I was given. Since this was my first ever nail appointment I was very nervous. Once they put down the base coat for the color, my tech starts asking if I wanted chrome on my nails! I couldn't understand what she was saying so she told me she would just try it on one, I agreed. She then sloppily put the chrome onto my nail asking if I liked it. I smiled and nodded not knowing what else to say. She then asks if I want it on all my nails. I asked " Am I still getting the original design I asked for?" she simply laughed at me and continued putting the chrome all over my nails. Once she was done with the chrome her coworker comes over, asked where the design I asked for was, my tech's then says something I don't understand, the other woman nods, smiles, and walks away. I look back at my tech to see her applying a top coat! I was so confused but didn't want to be rude so I just went along with it. I then paid ($75+tip) and left, I sobbed for 2 hours at my horrid nails, there is no saving them and now I'm upwards of $80 down the drain with a set of crooked, bumpy nails. I would not recommend this place if you aren't able to be assertive with what you would like. Tips with dip powder. At first, I wanted tips with gel (which i previously have had done at other salons) I was told that they couldn't do it, only dip. Fine. It took almost two hours, uneven,and bumpy. It wasn't until I was outside that I noticed "dust" and bubbles all throughout the nails. My real nails were lifting from the tip already! I went back in and they offered to put a top coat on... not fixing the real issues. The place seem cleaned and clean they were all very friendly. My friend got a gel manicure and pedicure and enjoyed both. Maybe it was just the service I requested. $48 for bad looking nails was a disappointment. read more

Mediocre at best. Been there three times, two for a gel manicure and a spa pedicure. Gel nails peeled after a week and the spa pedicure felt like a half assed regular pedicure but for way more money. Not going back. read more

My daughter and I went here once on a whim to get a last minute pedicure and manicure for me, full set of acrylics for her. The services were great and my manicure even lasted a week with just regular polish. I decided to go back again to get an ombre dip with dips for myself and booked online with the same girl I had before. I admit I'm particular about my nails and I was very happy with the girl from the first time so I was excited to have her again. When I arrived they told me that my appointment was with someone else and the only person who could do ombre was the girl I originally booked with. She was apparently booked all day and couldn't see me until later that week. The issue is my daughters were with me and getting their nails done as well and I took vacation time from work today and my schedule would not allow for me to go back. They were nice enough about it I guess but didn't solve the issue and now I'm leaving for vacation without my nails done. Not for nothing but I haven been on vacation in years and just really wanted a pick me up before we go. I was so excited to have found what seemed to be a great new salon but now I am not sure I will be returning. read more

The girl was nice but she cut my index finger badly I was bleeding. Next thing you know she added glue to it which is worse on an open cut.
