I ordered a bridesmaids dress through this company per request of the bride. When I talked to the…read moreconsultant and gave her my measurements, I specifically told her my wedding dress (worn earlier that year) was a size 2. She insisted that I was a size 4 and that the dress would fit fine. When I received the dress in the mail 6 months later, it was HUGE. When I called to see if the dress could be exchanged, the company was not willing to work with me at all and told me to get it altered. Now I'm looking at having to spend an extra $150 dollars on a $200 dress because the consultant insisted I was wrong about my size. Extremely unhappy with this company, disappointed with their customer service, and would highly, highly recommend you go with anyone else.

The staff was nice, but very unorganized. We stopped in to find a swimsuit for my 11 yr old. They had just unloaded a bunch of suits, but they were put out all over the place. We had trouble finding what we were looking for. Even when I asked for help, the employee didn't know where to begin to help, so we settled on a suit that wasn't her first choice, but at least the size was right!
