HORRIBLE. Office staff was nice but "provider" there 7/3/25 was more worried about getting out of there on time than treating a patient and refused to treat my mom. Told us to go to ER. I thought these places were for non-emergency cases. I'll never go back there again. read more

The staff was polite and knowledgeable. Our visit only took about 30 minutes total. Will be back in the future.

Super frustrated to check their website and their google maps info to see that they are open...then to show up and they are closed. In today's world this is unacceptable for a medical place. Don't say you are open when you aren't. read more

I would give a lower than 1 star rating but it will not let me leave a comment without at least giving it 1 star. Tuesday night after feeling fine all day I started coughing uncontrollably and had chest pain and felt like something was stuck in my chest. I really hate going to the ER but due to medicine that I'm on that can cause blood clots and also my mom's history on lung problems felt like I needed to go to the urgent care to be evaluated. I've been to Chenal Urgent Care by Purple Cow 2-3 times and have no complaints. They were closed so I went to the only one open...360 Urgent Care (South Shackleford). I sat in the waiting room almost 2 hours coughing repeatedly like I was going to throw up. I informed them several times that my chest hurt. They told me they would get to me when they could. There were 3 other people in the waiting room that I never saw go back. I wondered if they were waiting for others. Only 1 other person came in during this time. I text a friend and my son to let them know where I was and what was going on because I felt like someone needed to know where I was and I didn't trust the people there. That should have been my biggest clue!! When I finally went back the care was ridiculous. I won't bore you with everything but.... *Spelled my name wrong for X-ray (no Michelle isn't spelled MITCHEL) *Kept asking me if my date of birth was 11...something 1947.... *I was coughing so much I couldn't give the lengthy list of meds I'm on so they gave me a post it pad to write them on and then the doctor glanced at it and said "on a lot" while tossing the post it pad in the chair. After an X-ray and minimal exam the doctor (who never introduced himself) decided I MAY have bronchitis. Wrote for Augmentin and codeine cough syrup. I told them 3 times that I'm allergic to PCN and even handed the prescription back to the tech/nurse and said I am allergic to PCN. She returned saying that is what the doctor wants you to have. Really??? Did he say that or you just didn't even ask??? I drive to Walgreens and am told (rightfully so) that they cannot dispense Augmentin as I'm allergic to PCN and the cough medicine was written incorrectly. So all that for nothing. Pharmacist said they are notorious for incorrect scripts. Wednesday I spend over an hour on the phone to sort out the antibiotic issue and have it called to my pharmacy that delivers. When I called Urgent Care they had trouble finding any record I had been there. There's more to the pharmacy/urgent care issue but again just boring details. I was able to see my PCP Friday and have pneumonia. Rocephin shot and different antibiotics and I'm hopefully on the mend. Do NOT go to 360 Urgent Care. Just head to your local ER unless it can wait until tomorrow. read more

I recently moved to Arkansas and was in need of a doctor for my special needs son. From the moment I walked in to Urgent Care 360, I was treated with kindness. Dr. Shajaat, fully understood my concerns with my son and vowed to help me throughout this ordeal. God bless him, he is a man of his word. Each time I went to Urgent Care 360, I was very warmly greeted by Dr. Shajaat and his staff. Once, the staff called him in to see my son. Dr. Shajaat took time to really talk and listen to me. Not one time did he make me feel as though the situation was trivial or unimportant. I feel like he really cares. I am so grateful for Dr. Shajaat, Nurse Nez, Arsalan, B'lal, Zaheer and the female receptionist (sorry I did not get her name) for their kindness and superb medical care. This clinic was wonderful! I came in at 9:30 and got fast and efficient service!!!! So worth the drive from Malvern....

Excellent doctor and staff. I don't know if we just came in at a good time but we were seen almost immediately. The staff was very courteous and gentle with my very sick wife and was able to diagnose and treat her immediately. Long story short we had gone to a MedExpress a few days prior and had an awful experience and while we received a correct diagnosis, the treatment we received was completely ineffective. After receiving treatment at Urgent Care 360 within minutes my wife began feeling better. It is an excellent clinic and I will always go there for my healthcare needs. read more

If you would've asked me the day after my visit, I would say that it was a good experience, BUT several days afterwards, I have a different perspective. I went in for what I thought was a blood clot (pain in my ankle and heel). They were great with getting an order to send me somewhere. After that hang up, I eventually had to go to the ER and I was diagnosed with superficial venous thrombosis. Took that back to the clinic and they did an x-Ray and told me that in addition to that, I have severe arthritis and that's what caused the pain. Some meds and a couple of days later, I called to see if I could follow up because something STILL wasn't right and now my entire leg is swollen. The person answering the phone told me "there is nothing more we can do. They said it's superficial, so it's not the clot bothering you. It's the arthritis. If you want to come in, you can and we can give you more pills for the pain." Fast forward a couple of days after I finally got in to see my PCP and got another venous doppler and CT, I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH DVT (two blood clots) with PE (affecting ALL lung lobes) and I have gallstones. I'm thankful I did NOT listen to them and stayed persistent. It saved my life. Listen to your body and not someone answering the phone who just wants to get you off of the phone so you can stop calling and complaining! read more
