We had a clog in our kitchen sink (no one tells you how much you take having kitchen sink for granted, by the way) and I requested bids from several companies on Yelp. Urgent Care was far more reasonable than any other plumber...it was easy to schedule an appointment via yelp and it's no wonder they have such positive reviews! Well it was bound to happen. Water heaters don't last forever when you have very hard water in Pflugerville. We woke up to cold water on 2/25/25 and I called Cris for help. He had replaced my daughter water heater 3 months ago and was very professional. He replied and set a appt for the next day. He showed up on time and gave me options. I chose to upgrade to a 50 gallon unit. This is not what anyone is thinking about when they wake up in the morning but it will happen to most of us if we stay in our home long enough. If you want a truly professional guy who says what he is going to do and then does it Cris is your guy. He is a great plumber and an obviously great guy. At 9:00 p.m. we found our toilets stopped up with sewage backing up into both our bathtubs. I called Cris and he was at our place within 30 minutes. He said the problem was likely a main drain clog and because our cleanouts were not accessible, he had to pull a toilet to clean it. He took care of it all quickly and professionally and even cleaned up the bathroom floor when he finished. When the good ole plunger didn't do the job, I called Chris to declog the toilet at the house and he came smiling ready for the job. Within less than 20 minutes he had the commode back in business. Told me it was calcification from hard water and wrote it up so I had documentation for the landlord.
