Well it was bound to happen. Water heaters don't last forever when you have very hard water in Pflugerville. We woke up to cold water on 2/25/25 and I called Cris for help. He had replaced my daughter water heater 3 months ago and was very professional. He replied and set a appt for the next day. He showed up on time and gave me options. I chose to upgrade to a 50 gallon unit. This is not what anyone is thinking about when they wake up in the morning but it will happen to most of us if we stay in our home long enough. If you want a truly professional guy who says what he is going to do and then does it Cris is your guy. He is a great plumber and an obviously great guy. At 9:00 p.m. we found our toilets stopped up with sewage backing up into both our bathtubs. I called Cris and he was at our place within 30 minutes. He said the problem was likely a main drain clog and because our cleanouts were not accessible, he had to pull a toilet to clean it.
