It is now 9/3/13 no pictures no return calls, nothing! Thank god I took pictures of my daughters FIRST prom before she left the house. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and received a letter from them that they are now taking over and trying to contact the business. I called Tom to inform him of the steps I am going through to give him another chance and still no answer and no return call. I do not think this issue will get fixed and I hope no one uses him in the future until he gets his act together and communicates better with his clients. read more

Well well It's extremely unfortunate to know that my husband and I aren't the only ones being taken advantage of by this man. My husband and I used Urich photography 8 yrs ago for our wedding and we have never received our album I have been in contact with him over the years, even sent him a letter from a lawyer and so on, it has been such a headache and when I speak with I'm always hearing his excuses of financial troubles. He had no problem taking our $2400 8yrs ago! I almost have no photos from our wedding - so much for the saying pictures last a life time. This man is a scam artist. Would like to give zero stars but that isn't an option. We had the same experience as the other review. It's been 5 years since my daughters wedding and still no album. After all the excuses he quit responding. I would assume out of business now. So unfortunate, if he is still in business, do not use him he is a scam artist. read more
