I wanted to share our family's experience with a local tutoring service so that other parents can be aware of the enrollment and cancellation policies before signing up. We enrolled with this tutoring center for over a year. Throughout that time, communication was generally pleasant, and the owner was always friendly. We appreciated the support. However, there are some policies that I wish I had fully understood before enrolling. First, their make-up policy is quite restrictive. If your child cannot attend a scheduled session, the credit cannot be carried over to a future month. Instead, make-up sessions must be scheduled on available dates for their center and our family. In our case, we currently have two make-up sessions that have been pushed all the way out to March 2027. Second, and more importantly, I ran into an issue when trying to cancel. On June 2, I informed the tutoring center that June would be our final month and we will complete this month. However, I was told that June could not be our last month and that we would be required to continue through the end of July. The tuition is charged through recurring automatic payments on a credit card. After several conversations with the owner, she maintained that an additional month was required. The owner later showed me a text message with a written cancellation clause. However, I found the wording very misleading. I can understand if I had notified them at the end of June and they required me to continue through the end of July, since that would be a 30-day notice period. But I notified them at the beginning of June, and they still required me to continue through the end of July, which effectively became almost two months. If that is how the policy is intended to work, then the wording should clearly state that regardless of when you notify them during a month, you are still responsible for paying for the entire following month. As a parent, I believed I was complying with the 30-day notice requirement. The experience left me feeling that it is very easy to enroll, but much more difficult to end services than I had expected. Every family has changing schedules, activities, and priorities, and it is not always possible to plan months in advance. For that reason, I encourage any parent considering this tutoring service to carefully review the cancellation terms and ask detailed questions before signing up. read more

I wish there was a ranking higher than 5 stars. US Best Tutors surpasses that ranking. I am an adult attending an electrician college - embracing a new career. It's been over 20 years since I've been in school so needless to say there have been challenges for me in my electrician classes. Definitely the best tutoring service around. I've taken my daughter who has struggled in reading and writing to Sylvan, Kumon and other private tutors & nothing has helped her improved her reading. I was hesitant to try another tutoring center because I have spent so much money with other centers & no results. I'm so glad that I found US best tutors. After two months of my daughter hating to read going to school and doing homework she came home with scholar of the month awards for the first time ever. This is a family owned establishment with extremely skilled tutors. I personally received tutoring from Mr. Fawad on extremely short notice for Calculus 3 and the owners tried very hard to find time slots that fit my schedule. I was not a client of this establishment for long however and so my review may not be very comprehensive. I had my personal reasons for not continuing here but the owners were extremely understanding and professional about me leaving. They have a team of younger tutors as well who are well kempt that also work here; and that I'm sure are also extremely capable. This place seems like a fantastic tutoring center for students from K-12. I don't think I came here long enough to speak for anything past that but I feel that Mr. Fawad is capable enough to handle college level courses if given time to view lecture notes and review concepts. read more

I am so grateful for US Best Tutors. Aisha and Fawad are intuitive, and insightful and are dedicated to helping students and working with parents. My daughter took an accelerated online Math class when she suddenly ran into a concept she didn't understand, so she could not move forward. Based on reviews, I made an appt with US Best Tutors. My daughter easily understood Fawad's easy-to-understand explanation of the concept, plus, my daughter was able to review problems she'd gotten wrong in previous quizzes and tests with Fawad, retaking quizzes and tests and getting a near to perfect score. After researching tutoring in Chino Hills area I came across U.S Best Tutors for Elementary, Middle grade and High School tutoring. After reading reviews in Chino Hills and Norco locations of U. S Best Tutors I decided to enroll in their Math and English programs for my 3rd grader son and daughter who is sophomore in high school. I am very satisfied with their tutoring service as it is very customized and prepare students for their grade level and beyond. Owner is really friendly and tutoring prices are reasonable. I have my daughter coming to U.S Best Tutors for math and English for 8th grade. I can already see improvement in first month. I like the fact that on the first day of tutoring us best tutors do the free evaluation through diagnostic test which provides details on the weaknesses of your child. After taking a long break from college, I went back after 20 years to pursue my bachelors degree. In order to obtain my degree I needed to face my biggest obstacle-Algebra. This is a wonderful tutoring center. You are able to have one on one tutoring for multiple subjects. I needed tutoring for organic chemistry and statistics. I passed both classes. Computers and calculators are provided if needed. I highly recommend this tutoring center if you are having trouble in college class.
