Should a zero star review be possible that's what I'd give them. The salesman lied about having the tiles I wanted charged me and when I went to get my refund started to yell and be annoyed that I was getting MY money back. When I speak the manager he tells me that if he lucky to get my money in 7-10 days or not at all, when I kept demanding for my money he hung up on me and blocked my phone number. My lawyer has been contacted and will have this situation sorted accordingly. I recommend anyone in this area to avoid this store at all costs. read more

Had water damage in my home and was forced to replace all of the wood flooring. US Floors Inc. Was highly recommended. So glad I listened. They have a wide selection of beautiful flooring. The owner and her staff were very very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and polite. I ended up renovating the bathrooms, kitchen (backsplash) and entire home flooring with gorgeous tile. This place is your one stop shop seriously! I'm so happy I decided to return to them after more that 10 years for my 2nd project. I was concerned since my project involved an insurance claim, but no worries. Here at USFloors they completed the paperwork and faxed it over, help me make all of my choices, from flooring to kitchen tiles, backsplash. Etc. They even have a general contractor they work with, an amazing guy Darian and he does amazing work. He was professional, kept his appointment, answered his phone, lol and all of my questions and put me at ease for this monumental project( new kitchen, all flooring in the entire house painting, etc.). All of the staff are knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I promise you, you won't be disappointed if you choose to work with them. I do lots of reviews, so that others can make educated decisions and this by fair is the best one I've given any company. The best part is, the prices are incredible and the products are very good. This is the place to go if you have an insurance claim and you don't need an adjuster. Skip the big box stores and go here! read more

We have been well acquainted with this company as we are doing tile installation, but beware because they tell you one thing and act on another. As return clients you would think they would treat their clients with respect, but Yoandy clearly does not care for his clients or whether the company is given a bad name. First, we were told that a tile and the floor tile would match perfectly, therefore we purchased it, but that was in the now obvious dimmed light that the company has that makes everything look good which results in unfortunately that when we matched it in the room that we needed this specific match... it did not match. My father went and told Yoandy that it does not match and what are our options since we still need to purchase tiles and he told us that we can exchange the tiles for other tiles we need, and my dad only went to ask because we have had horrible luck with the tiles and we purchased these tiles end of February but we're finally able to get around to install the tiles a week or two ago in which he even told Yoandry the story as to what had been going on, but I see this is a common denominator as on the google review made by "Cathie firm" that they tend to pull the same trick of saying one thing and acting on another. When my dad and I went to the store to return the tiles that my father was told were exchangeable Yoandry with ATTITUDE stated that they are not returnable and acted as if my dad was delusional as if the conversation didn't happen and acted as if he didn't even recognize my dad. I got involved as dealing with customer service oriented business', the customer is always right so you DO NOT GIVE ATTITUDE to a client, well he acted as he did not care about the customer (us), told us that there was nothing he can do because the tiles did not come in boxes but seems like it's pick and choose WHO they allow that and then change their words up when it's not convenient to them (please reference the review below from the client "Cathie Firm"). Well, my dad was just going to eat up the cost of the tiles as Yoandry even questioned as to why we are wanting to exchange the tiles completely as it was 14 tiles bought and we were wanting to return 13 slabs (missing one due to it being cracked and we knew that they would possibly give problems although it was cracked from the box) and we stated one because they do not match, secondly they are not rectified but are advertised as rectified so BEWARE AND WARNING that there is false advertisement that this company makes, and thirdly one was chipped when the box was open but he clearly did not care to admit that his company didn't revise or care to rectify any issue. To continue, my dad was going to eat the cost of the tiles but Yoandry had other plans and decided to IGNORE my dad and turn his back to go help other clients as if my dad was finished doing business with his company. My dad was willing to still give this company his money in order to purchase the other tiles that we needed for another section, but then at that point we clearly were not important and no longer clients. My father was upset and told him that he was not finished doing business but that maybe tomorrow when everyone's in a better mood we can do business with US Floors but Yoandry sarcastically stated I'm in a great mood I don't know about you-- WHO TREATS CUSTOMERS THIS WAY? My father got quoted for the other tiles needed and was about to pay until Yoandry stated "well we can't guarantee the right color and batch also not sure if we even have that many boxes in the warehouse", but previous to this encounter he was willing and able to check on the tiles before even trying to get payment and at this point I personally felt that there would be a vindictive move that he would have done if my dad went through with this purchase. My dad asked him to call him tomorrow when he finds out, Yoandry stated "okay" but as we were leaving we heard him rip the paper with my fathers information which only confirmed that there would have been a vindictive act done due to Yoandry's attitude towards my dad and I. Therefore, beware as this company runs on false advertisement, horrible attitude and beyond rude customer service. Honestly, go somewhere else that will treat the customer as they should be treated-- with respect. read more
