YOU GUYS. My hubby and I visited US Nails after searching for an open shop on Monday morning. Long story short....it was UH-MAY-ZING for the price. We walked in and were greeted with smiles and comfort that was never once pushy or rushed. We both got mani/pedí combos at $42 each in June of 2023. Never pressured to upgrade, no frustration at our choice, just an awesome mani/pedi. On top of the awesome service, our nail techs were skilled and thorough, with a clean and precise finish. Another woman in the salon also mentioned loving her upgraded pedi with gel and said that she would be back. Great massage chairs, clean place, tons of color choices, wonderful staff. This place is filthy from top to bottom. Chairs are full of foot and nail dust they don't sterilize anything. Pedicure chairs broken. I walked out after she washed my feet I couldn't believe how unsanitary this place was. I didn't notice until I was sitting down. I gave the lady $5 for the dirty foot wash plus she was sweet & looked scared of the owner she kept yelling at her in Vietnamese. My daughter stayed she was 1/2 way through and shy. I come to find out they still charged my daughter for my 1/2 ass pedicure. I called & ask why they charged my daughter. The owner was very rude and short with me. she needs the cash for her cleanliness classes. Someone needs to make sure they are licensed I didn't see licenses hanging anywhere and someone must call the health department. Go at your own Risk!!! read more

I don't understand how a salon like this is allowed to operate. This is the filthiest nail salon i've ever been. There's no way I'm going back. The lady who did my manicure dipped my fingers to a BOWL OF ACETONE because she is too lazy to wrap them with foil, cotton with alcohol. So I said something because the smell is too strong. Get this, this lady pours the bowl of acetone back to its container to reuse is later to the next customer! Please do yourself a favor, go somewhere. read more

My bff In the other hand, got the "boss" to do her nails and she was super fast! We started before her and somehow she ended first! As she was shaping my nails, my friends lady was finishing painting hers. And...They left her nails looking like Shrek! Lol jk they were awful though. The lady who did my nails was nice enough to try fixing my friends nails. She did the best she could though and when we confronted the "boss" she got frustrated and kept making every excuse in the book of why her nails look flat not fat. Which is a lie because her nails were very bulky. We weren't rude about it either, we felt bad but the nails came out terrible! My nails definitely look pretty on the outside but on the inside it was a bit choppy. I think after the confrontation my lady got nervous or idk. Definitely won't be returning, specially the way the boss reacted to the comments. She didn't even try to fix the problem or give her a solution for anything. My friend ended up paying but she was super upset. The 1 star is just cuz I had no option... lol and I loved my nail lady. It use to be 2 but I'm truly upset how my friends nails came out. Do Not Recommend. The only place open on Sunday is the only good thing I can about US Nails. If you don't want to pay for all the special treatments they do a crappy pedicure. Not cool! They don't use the proper tools to get calluses on your toes at all even when you pay for the callus treatment. (Hello ladies, heels aren't the only place people get calluses.) Their technician if that's what you want to call them, completely ignore your requests to work on certain areas and try to rush you out! "So pretty" my butt! The nail polish is completely uneven because you didn't evenly cut or file my toe nails properly! Unless you want a weak pedi or manicure, don't bother! It's unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review but people need to take greater pride in their work. read more
