An incompetent female worker forced me to pay the full $1.32 - 3 ounce shipping And…read morethen an additional $1.50 charge for each of my 1 ounce letters because the envelope designed by usps for shipping letters she deemed "too rigid" and said she wouldn't mail unless I did it her way as a "flat". In shipping thousands of letters a year I have never heard of this. Well they made it to Spokane and have now been pulled as "exceptions" and likely will never be delivered. Thanks! So to summarize, you CANNOT ship your letters here the correct way we outlined by usps because each of the usps workers here think "differently" about the rules and will pull and mark as return to sender. However, you do it exactly as they say and demand (which you know is incorrect), and they all get flagged in Spokane because nobody in their post office accepts the Missoula way of shipping which is 2.5 times the cost and forces your letters to be undelivered. This place is the worse. Do they even want their letters delivered?

If I could give this zero stars I would. My mail was being held temporarily while I transitioned to…read moremove (end of May beginning of June) A package was "delivered" June 3rd to the post office and was supposed to be held for me. I went in twice (the 4th and 5th) to see if the package was at the post office and was told they didn't have it even though the tracking said it was delivered to a PO Box. The second time I went in, I submitted my change of address form and collected any mail the post office was holding. Fast forward to today, my mail still isn't being forwarded. I've called the local number too many times to count, filed three complaints through USPS, enlisted my new local post office in trying to contact this one and no one is responding. The phone just rings, the don't respond to emails/phone calls from my new local post office, and I can't send anyone to collect my mail because they aren't me. Absolutely disgusting that this is how this business operates. Not surprising to see such poor reviews.
