They forced me to get a PO Box because they refuse to deliver to my house, which is less than two blocks away from the post office. They also refuse to deliver anything (including mail from banks and government agencies) that is addressed to my street address, even when the agencies in question refuse to send mail to a PO Box. This has resulted in bank cards, vital documents, and IRS notices being marked as undeliverable. Extraordinarily poor service with serious real-world consequences.
