This year (2022), in mid-May, I called and left a detailed message letting them know that we were calling because of the work they do for others on our road, a little bit about what we were looking to have done, along with my address and phone number. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK! Then, for a week in June, they were doing work on my road and my neighbor (knowing that we had attempted to contact them and wanted to have work done) let them know that we were interested in landscaping services - TWICE - and still nothing. I get that there's a labor shortage, but you can't call someone back??? That's terrible customer service! So Creative and a couple of the other places I called (that never called me back either), missed out on some serious $$$$ because I ended up doing the work myself and it came out AMAZING!!

I hired S & J Electric - Jonathan who is the owner of this establishment. He came and did the work for me, just to find out that he has done things AGAINS THE CODE/RULES. Cost of his work was $4000 - lots of money for the work that was done wrongly and putting my family at risk. At this time I have to hire people to come and correct the issues that Johnathan caused or created. I have contacted Jonathan and informed him what the inspector said that his work did not pass the inspection and that his work needs to be corrected. At first Jonathan was angry and said that he doesn't want to waste his time coming back to correct the issue, but after while he promissed that he will come and correct his mistakes - no show ups few times. This is very unfortunate as I really liked the Johnathan and his father and have hoped that I have found a good electrician that I can utilize for many projects in years to come. Now I have to report him to the governing entities.

Prior to the inspection, I had a few questions and Jason called me and took his time addressing my concerns. I didn't feel rushed and he was very friendly and put me at ease. My husband and I were not able to attend the inspection, but I felt totally comfortable with that after speaking with him. Our realtor raved about him and she was absolutely right to rave. He did a very thorough job inspecting the house and he called us that night to discuss it, and even sent us the final report the same day, despite it being late in his time zone. When he called us to discuss it, he took his time explaining his findings and answering our questions. We did not feel rushed at all. He is very friendly and personable and easy to talk to. The report was quite detailed and contained a lot of photos which I appreciated. I felt that I had a much better understanding of the condition of the house and I feel confident proceeding with the purchase. Jason made a potentially stressful experience very easy and smooth. This will be our fourth house purchase and he has been the best inspector that we have worked with by far, please do not hesitate to use his service!
