Went into the post office and encountered "Chris" who's customer service skills are near zero…read more Told my package (4lbs) had "fragile" labels on them from the USPS and using them would cost me an extra $11.75 so I should take the package home and redo it. I told him I needed it shipped, I'll pay the extra. He rings it up and says "now it's an extra $50". When I moved to Linwood, the first package we tried to ship he tried overcharging my wife, but since she ships 50+ packages a month, she knew he was either misinformed, trying to take extra money, and/or just giving people a hard time. I heard from a neighbor "Chris" is rude to everyone, so today on my first visit, this was proven true. This guy should not be customer facing, keep him in the back.... While he argued with me closing time hit and he kicked out the lady behind me with no service, even though she was there waiting for 2 min. Just a rude and miserable USPS employee.

I used to drive 15 minutes out of my way just to go here rather than the closest post office to me. This post office is tiny, the parking lot is tinier, the lines are always long and so is the wait. But that's because Glenn treats every customer like they are his ONLY customer. He gives you his full attention until your transaction is complete. If you want warm personal service, the South Vineland post office is the only place you'll get it every time.

This is the best darn little post office around town!…read more Irene makes you smile the minute you walk in...she's friendly, professional, courteous and knows her USPS stuff like the back of her hand. Seriously, without her help and expertise I wouldn't be able to make so many educated and cost-effective mailing decisions. So yeah, this location may be small but don't let its size fool you. I can assure you they've got everything the bigger guys do to meet your mailing needs with the exception of passports, although not all post offices offer this special service. I've frequented a few of the other larger post offices around town, but I gotta say it's the genuine care and personal touch I consistently receive that keeps me coming back.
