At first I didn't realize what a great place this was - but time after time I have returned to do ALL of my shipping. Whether that be Christmas gifts, birthday gifts or just prizes or samples I ship out - they have NEVER let me down. The staff here always help you find the fasted most affordable way to ship from you to whoever you are shipping to - anywhere! They can pack and ship it or they will ship what you pack and they do so at the best prices. I always just let them pack my stuff - that way I don't have to worry about a thing! Another great thing about this place - they keep track of all your shipments - what I mean by that - I ship to my son in May - I return - and say - ship this to my son Jon - and they say - the one in Wilmington at such and such a street - that's right - they keep the names and addresses of everyone you ship to - so if you do ANY amount of shipping to the same places - this is GREAT - no need to remember anything or pre-label anything - they do ALL of it for you and they are happy to do so! I have been going to this little shop on the lake - we call it "Sally Ann's" for years. No one understand why we go there, but I'll attempt to explain. For starters - the two girls at the counter - Diane and Doreen have become like family. We've shared dog stories, kid problems and basically just gotten to know two people that we wouldn't have ever met if we didn't make that first trip in. Secondly - with all the stress of today - it's great to be able to go somewhere and just rummage through stuff. It's sorta like a forever yard sale and the selections are endless. Sure you have to pick through a lot to find the steal, but every once in awhile - it just takes our minds off from everything else. It's amazing that if you just give it a shot - what you might find. PLUS - we donate everything we don't want or need right back to this location. We don't throw anything usable out or save it for our own yard sale. Instead - we meticulously record every item we donate and receive receipts, which turn out to save us huge on tax returns. From genuine coach purses - to really great knock offs - to New Religion Jeans, Anne Taylor - RL - Tommy - you name it - you might find it here. Yes - some clothes and some items should have been tossed out or used for rags - but that's the fun of it - picking through all that stuff. Sure you might have a load of laundry to wash - you just can't beat the price for grandchildren's play clothes or for those pants to mow the lawn in. How about that brand new pair of dress pants with that new shirt still with the tags. I'm sorry, but I like a bargain and I don't mind shopping around in a thrift store. For service, staff friendliness - this store would get 5 stars, however, it is very disorganized and not the cleanest of places - so I am dropping it down to 4 stars and hope no one shops here!

She was extremely friendly and professional and didn't rush us nor push us. She listened to what we wanted and then proceeded to assist rather then go for the sale! The shop is more then just jewelry too! They have some rather nice gifts - amazing clocks if you are into them and some great deals going on right now. The shop also has a nice little place that appears is perfect for the kiddos and it's bright and clean - as most places like this should be. I believe that the most amazing things about this place are the staff-selection-price and ease to get to - right in the heart of the area shopping area. They have plenty of private parking and gladly accept credit cards. I cannot mention what I purchased because I do believe some of those items might be gifts! However, I can mention that out of all the shops - this is my "go to" jewelry store! Called Amherst Dunkirk location several times to let them know that the bugs aren't going away and was told they dormant and the in-climate weather was keep most away. I followed the pre and post prep instructions. I was also told the treatment killed eggs and kept them breeding which didn't seem to be the case. Called again close to the 90 day mark and was told there was no guarantee with bed bugs and I would have to pay full price for another treatment. Being told up front about the "guarantee" and that multiple treatments would have helped my situation but being given the runaround was unacceptable. Do not recommend
