Drums Post Office never answers their phone. I called the Conyngham Post Office and they answered on the second ring. She contacted the Drums Postmaster through email and he actually called me. He sent my accumulated mail to my forwarding address on Wed. Jan 29, with expected delivery on Sat 2/1. Still not received on 2/3 with another delay. Drums P.O. still not answering their phones. This is mail from January 16 and I still don't have it on 2/3. Why?????

It's always USPS with "in transit arriving late" and then it doesn't update for the next two months. I've had a package sitting at a location less than an hour away from me for a week how could it possibly be in transit? If it's not here by next week I implore USPS to just keep it, I don't care anymore. Based off their reviews across most sites I don't think your employees will hesitate. If you'd like to receive your mail before 2030 use any of the other services.
