The people there are always friendly and helpful. I am thankful and appreciative for their service.

Mail is always late through them and there system is not productive or works well at all

My package took more than the usual time to get from CA to this post office on Packerland Dr. I live in Howard, so I was anticipating my delivery after a long wait. My package sat there for days. I physically went to the post office because the missing mail link in the website was broken. No workers can help with filling out a form for missing mail. They said it can only be done online (what about people without internet). The worker said she would take down my name and number to give to the manager to help me locate my package. They could not find it. Ok so I went home and finally got the missing mail link to work. That night I see that the package went back to the origin!!! They never unloaded the truck in Green Bay. It is currently sitting back in California! Still no call from the manager (I'm sure my number was tossed). And no response to my missing mail inquiry. It has now been sitting in CA for 3 days. I'm sure I'll never see this package. read more

Don't use the post-office if you don't have to. It's not worth it and isn't 24/7. If you order something online attempt to use UPS, DHL or FedEx. Or another service if you can. Lost packages, damaged packages, and many other issues. read more

I'm still fairly new to the Green Bay Area and I had to mail out something, so I went into the Post Office in Packerland, and the service there was excellent! Best service I have ever received at a Post Office!! Did not have to wait long in line, they were super quick, answered all of my questions and told me which was the best way for me to mail my package! I was super happy with the service I received!! I couldn't be more happier with the service I received! And they were super nice and definitely a clean place! The only reason I didn't give the place a 5 star was I took 1 star away for the parking lot, that's kind of a cluster area! Otherwise it is a perfect area in my opinion!! read more

I will never use USPS again! I've tried to contact them waiting on hold for 1 hour, since the tracking number they gave me won't work or scan, and for some reason they didn't want to redeliver my small package (a personalized pint glass). They said they cannot find my package and that a manager will call me back in 2 days after investigating it. Now I see my package is being returned to sender (Amazon), which was a Christmas present! I've had poor service from USPS before but I didn't realize this item was coming from them otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it. I have never had an issue with UPS and I will make sure to pay more attention to who's delivering my packages before I place an order, even if I have to pay more. read more

I love this post office. The workers are always nice and helpful. I've NEVER had a package lost or stolen.

I went in there to send a letter to someone that would require for a signature upon receipt. I waited in a very long line and when I got up to the person, they told me to go back and make out some form. Really? I had no idea what to do with the form. I ended up leaving because I had already waited 15 minutes to get to someone and now the line was twice as long. I avoid this place. I usually order stamps online just to avoid them. They are extremely short with you and are not helpful. I honestly didn't have any idea what to do with the form they gave me. I have to mail a package soon and will go to UPS instead only because they are helpful and don't act like I am interrupting their day. read more

I would also give them a zero stars if that was possible. I dropped of a package at 7:30 am on thursday, inside the post office, in a priority mail box , expecting 2 day delivery. According to the tracking, the package left Green Bay at 5:50 PM on friday. How is that possible. it sat at the post office for 1 1/2 days. the package needed to be delivered on Saturday. I went to the post office on saturday morning to see if anything could be done to get the package delivered. The response was, too bad, so sad, looks like it will be delivered on monday. I will never use the USPS to mail a package that needs to be delivered by a specific day. read more

Going to this Post Office is a total waste of time if you want a first class package to be scanned or go out within the time it should. This has happened to me too many times to count now. Took A 12x9 package inside and put it into the receptacle in the lobby on Sunday May 27th. I totally understand this was a Holiday Weekend, that is why I took the package to the Post Office on Sunday in the hopes that "this time" the package would be scanned and shipped out asap on Tuesday May 28th. So A Package dropped off on the 27th was not even scanned until Wednesday the 30th ! read more

Worst post office in the area. Why have a 7:30 pm drop off cut off time if you don't empty the receptacle? 90 percent of the time the receptacle is jammed because there are too many packages in the bin. There are employees there during this time but they simply do not care to empty it. I have had to return home and come back the next day. You can yell so the employees in the back hear you say it needs to be emptied, but its no use. Also my packages are not scanned consistently. I have mentioned it to the employees and all I get is attitude. Its almost like they don't want any business. It must be nice being able to not do your job and still collect govt insurance benefits. read more
