I've made so many calls to the United States Postal Service to explain that their staff do not follow federal and USPS guidelines that all USPS employees must wear masks. Months ago, I saw another customer get into a yelling match with the employee who has a bunch of neck tattoos at Centredale. Spittle flew from his mouth as he yelled "I have a medical condition, and you aren't allowed to ask me about it because of HIPAA!". I did not intervene and explain that HIPAA has nothing to do with his ability to disclose his health issues preventing him from wearing a mask because I feel like this employee is not capable of understanding this basic information. Please go to the USPS in Johnston or elsewhere because this location is likely to be infested with coronavirus.

Yes the parking lot is fairly small but I never have an issue with parking. I will warn you this place does get super busy usually all times of the day , so I avoid using them to do any services aside from my mail box. Although the employees are extremely awesome at this location , it's usually only one cashier working at all times , so the line becomes extremely long , so please have patience. If you have time and you seem to be traveling by this location go for it , at least the employees are super pleasant unlike so many USPS employees I ran into all my life .

It doesn't matter what time of day it is early in the morning when they when they close, they never answered their phones. This is a Usps. They should be having someone answering phones for customers. It's ridiculous and I wish this wasn't my post office that I had to go to.

Even if it's raining or snowing, leaving mail to get wet. The oversized packages are never delivered to my front door, the closest I've gotten to that is one thrown on my lawn. Folding first class mail in half and delivering first class mail to my box that is not mine. Complained online and to the post master, as many of my neighbors have for the same issues and nothing ever changes. They just don't care! The integrity of this office is sorely lacking. After complaints I've seen my carrier slam packages down on my mailbox, which caused a need for repair. It's cause for concern at this point.

It's also been more or less then same 4 employees and they are all really great! The employees are this locations best asset! They are ALL super helpful, FRIENDLY, quick, and efficient. Literally I'm in and out within 5 minutes. However; every time I go to a different post office (Like Johnston or Smithfield) it's an issue so I stick with my hometown post office for now! 5 stars. Thanks for making life easier! Just please don't switch up the employees now!
