The ladies in the building, Kathy and Eenie, are always very professional and polite...but l get frustrated in there with pricing, not having change for bigger bills, measuring the package and charging extra for the shape or a few inches in size, etc..the ridiculous Plexiglass Covid barrier (you're handling my money and packages)...l would seize to use this service if it wasn't sometimes a necessity. I hear the service is terrible nationwide. l am talking about the carriers and the lack of pride and commitment to the customer by them and whatever happens in route, not the professionalism of the postmasters

I am glad we have a Post Office. The people that work there are so very courteous,friendly and…read morehelpful. No matter when you go in you are greeted with a smile and a Hello. They will answer any question(s) you might have and no question is a dumb one. Our Mailman Tim is also awesome. He makes sure our mail is delivered in a timely fashion and if we have a package he will knock on our door to let us know and hand it to us. Other companies that do deliveries just throw the merchandise on the porch or on the steps and drive off. We are truly Blessed to have caring mail people and I hope we will continue to have that service here in town.

After proving it was the correct address she told me that the yellow sticker was covering the address. I will note the yellow sticker was their undeliverable sticker. Now it has been 2 weeks since we've had mail delivered. We were told they can't cross barricades. There hasn't been a barricade or water crossing with water for over a week. I've been to Chanute daily without running into either. A matter of going a mile further. Service sucks. Need management changes. One star is too many
