The noise begins at 2:20 AM every morning with loud metal on metal booms from something being dropped on the steel platform. It acts as an echo chamber down the street. Between 4:00 and 4:27 AM, the second wave of booms begins. This is the definite wake up call as the noise just becomes relentlessly more consistent.
