I brought in my motorcycle to have the tires replaced. I supplied the tires and tubes. I also asked…read morethem to visually inspect the carburetor for any signs of varnishing or gasket abnormalities. When I arrived to retrieve my moto several days later on a Friday evening, I was looking at a $500 invoice. All they did was replace the tires and inspect the carb. Five Hundred Dollars???!!! They told me the carb was just fine, but when I saw how many weights they put on the wheels, I questioned it. They used an unusual and extraordinary amount. The owner's son told me that spoked wheels can be tricking to get balanced. Hmmm. I wondered right there if they had checked the spokes. I was still fuming about the expensive bill and decided they didn't want my return business, so I rode off. On my way home and two corners later, I realized that I was riding what felt like a circus clown bike. It wobbled and was unsteady the entire ride home. I was pissed off and resolved to take it up with them on Monday. Well, that weekend my wife discovered that she had developed breast cancer. Our lives took a radical turn. Everything we had planned for the summer was now off the table. I was on a mission to take care of my wife and the motorcycle was low on my list of priorities. The bike sat for several months before I took a look at it. I found many of the spokes were loose. It was a simple task to get them all tightened up and when I took it for a spin, the wobble and unsteady turning were gone. I don't believe those dummies at Mancos Motorsports ever took my moto for a test ride. If they had, they would have fixed the problem or at least told me that the spokes needed to be tightened. Nope. After more than two years, I'm still feeling the burn from their exorbitant $500 invoice for a sloppy and incompetent job to complete a tire replacement that should have cost much less. They obviously don't want my return business and I will discourage everyone I know from doing business with these Jokers. These guys should stick with lawnmower repair and nothing else, as they are wholly unqualified to do anything more. Absolutely pathetic!

I needed a specific Lenovo charger for my laptop, and I needed it asap. I called in (I think I…read morespoke with Shawn) to see if I could paw through a box of old chargers, and they invited me on in. I got there and a large dog raised its head to look at me as I was smacked in the face with the smell of marijuana. Not a big deal, I thought. I looked through a box of chargers and found the exact one I needed. I was stoked. When Shawn went to ring it up, it was $65. Are you kidding me? This charger goes for $32 brand new on the Lenovo website! I asked if he could do anything about the price and he said he'd have to talk to his manager. He went behind a wall, to talk with some woman who's head I could see the top of through a window, and they talked a bit. He came back, essentially said that it was a lot more expensive than he expected too but the owner is firm on pricing. I thanked him for his help and left. I have no problem with Shawn, he was just doing his job. But the lady behind the wall and the owner? Are you serious? How do you justify selling a used laptop charger for twice the price of it brand new? Why did you not come talk to my face instead of making Shawn, who already has a queue of phone screens to fix, run around your store? The worst part is, people have to pay these prices because it is a small town and there's nowhere else to go. Here I am trying to support local businesses and being forced to buy from the colossal corporate dome that is Bezos' shaved head. Absolutely ridiculous.
