There could've been a nice way to say things. Also, whenever she claims she can't do a piece (my last two visits), she rushes me off feeling empty. When your tailor makes you feel like you're walking on eggshells to talk to her, that defeats the whole purpose. Ironically, while I was changing back in the dressing room, she had a different customer come in and her face lit up and so did her voice. Terrible and unequal customer service.

The dresses werent steamed and the wedding dress didnt fit properly. The removable sleeves kept falling off. Instead of apologize for the mix up she tried to blame the mother of the bride. Wednesday I never heard from her and had to track her down. My mother had to meet her in a parking lot on THURSDAY right before the rehearsal dinner to get the three dresses we trusted her with. I was at a hair appointment, did not have time to try on my dress because I scheduled it so close to the rehersal on purpose. We had to be at the venue at 7am. I was screwed. She promised the dresses would be pressed and steamed. they were not. None of the three dresses were. My mom tried working on them after the rehearsal dinner until late but without a professional steamer wasn't getting anywhere. the morning of there were thick wrinkles and my dress didn't fit. I couldn't breathe or sit. why? because she added boning which I asked her to put in at and appointment so I could make sure it would be too tight. she said it won't be. she was wrong. my detachable sleeves were falling off and the dress was puckering on my thighs. she came to the venue to try to make it right, but made it worse and my detachable sleeves would not stay on. she pinned them right - sewed them wrong. my bustle? that snapped and broke because she used what looked like thin yarn to hold up a dainty hook with heavy satin after the entrance to the reception. It didn't have a chance of staying. I had to walk around holding my dress all night. I text her with no response for a partial refund. and she has blocked me so that I can't leave a review to her page. which makes me wonder how many other people shes done this too. my wedding morning was stressful and what should have been amazing wasn't.
