Terrible! I received an alert that a package from Chewy would be delivered on 5/26 but no. Then…read moreagain on 5/27 but again, no. And again on 5/28, and again on 5/29, and again on 5/30. One of the notices in the tracking report stated "no one home or business closed". Absolutely not true! We are a private residence and no one needed to be home. This has never been a problem with FedEx but I am appalled. Customer service is a clueless virtual assistant so virtually no customer service. We will not be ordering anything from any company using FedEx from now on. Grrrr!

Don't let the tiny little building and strip-mall location fool you; this place is one of the most efficient UPS stores I've been to anywhere. It may not be big inside and yes, there was a wait (I was there over the lunch hour too), but the staff was moving things along as efficiently as possible (multitasking, honestly) and getting it all done. Also, doing all of the above--including the notary seal--was under $20, which was amazing!

I always pick this spot as they really do it all, and if I'm ever needing a new piece of tape or help packaging something, they help me. I sometimes ship things through Facebook marketplace or as an Amazon return and while doing that, despite declining a receipt because it was "no longer mine," was given the receipt anyways and told I should hang onto it in case any issues arrive where people are saying they didn't receive what I sent. I appreciate them looking out for their customers and really making the process as smooth as possible! I never leave feeling like I spent a lot of money as everything always seems reasonable priced. Definitely recommend coming here if you need to ship something!

A family member brought precious family heirlooms to this UPS store in Ellsworth…read more UPS packaging was requested, because it's generally known that UPS, does a good job, albeit expensive. The box this store used was literally a Wal-Mart box, made from the thinnest cardboard possible, not one of the sturdy ones that UPS sells. The items were loosely wrapped such that they rattled around in the box. Additionally, the box evidently burst open in transit, because it was taped closed very poorly. One piece was damaged. With the amount of damage the box sustained, it's a miracle it arrived with anything inside it at all. When the pieces were initially brought to them for packing and shipment, the clerk said something to the effect that they, "Couldn't do it right away - but next week." Their lack of enthusiasm was a big red flag. Worst UPS experience ever. Save yourself - there's a FedX store close by
