Although I'd also purchased a warranty, I had no idea where I'd saved my paperwork. Anthony and his manager spent quite a lot of time on the phone with other locations (because I couldn't even remember where I'd purchased it) searching receipts going back three years. Eventually, I remembered that my paperwork had been safely stashed in my lock box; but, I made the decision to just bite the bullet and purchase a new laptop. Anthony searched for every available discount and even made arrangements to transfer all of my files from my old laptop onto the new one...for Free! When it came to knowledge of his products and matching them to the needs of the customer, Anthony excelled. Between the tech support and the customer assistance, this was, by far, the best store experience I've ever had.

The manager was screaming at her and almost made her fall. I was on the phone with her trying to explain instructions on how to work the machine since they refused to make the copies for her or help her with it! Corporate will be hearing from us and Luke is a horrible manager who needs to learn how to talk to customers and disabled elderly people!

My Mom lived in Scranton - born and raised and I live in Los Angeles, California. I came out to handle arrangements for my Mothers final wishes last month and I had some issues that I had to deal with. I was out there alone because both my husband and daughter had to work and couldn't come with me so I was feeling very, very alone as it was. I had to make a bunch of copies of some travel receipts and print out a bunch of photos from my phone to take to court the day that I happened to find PostNet on Yelp. At the time my Mom had just died days before so I was a complete mess. I was kind of walking around in a haze. I knew I had to have these documents for court but since I was trying to find a place to do this at the last minute I was a frazzled mess. I walked through the door at PostNet and I felt an immediate comfort there. I don't ever write reviews but I had to just say this. I literally felt like these women just looked at me and knew that I needed help and they led me to an area where they showed me how to make my copies and then they took all of the photos and printed them off my phone for me. I have never met such a group of lovely women! They just gave me what I needed at the moment I needed it! That just does not happen much in life at all! After they helped me - they hugged me and we all got a bit emotional and I left. I didn't want to though. I know this may seem silly to many people but a business is nothing without the core people that own it and make it work every day! That matters to me!! These women that I will probably not see again gave me a half hour of their time when I needed someone desperately to see me and help me! I will NEVER forget them all!

Travis seems to have a problem with places around here including the Clarks Summit P.O. & a local bank. He is a putz that moves around a lot & expects his behind to be kissed or so it seems so good to see he appears to be Maryland's problem again! If no one changes the mail from that address you will get that mail...had 3-5 different names that lived where we lived that just up & left & never told them (PO) so probably no one has gotten your mail. Also, if they can't see you might want to put up a light so they can & a list of names that DON'T live there! I have customers like you...you want it Yesterday & are a pain...& people like you are excluded from buying from me ever again (thrown out) & YOU WOULD BE ON THAT LIST! I personally have used them (ARCHBALD) for 40...yes, 40 years for personal & business mail & I don't live there, mainly a place a business. They recently have had changes in staffing & now handle the Eynon, Pa. Mail as the Post Office was in a fire & closed Decades back & NOW the sorting of the Jermyn Pa. Mail for a couple of years. Do they make mistakes, yes. But they also have gone out of their way to correct problems & hold mail from going to Jermyn as our box is small & can't take a package. If they are told in time they will pull it & keep it in Archbald & I can get it there the day it comes. I have done this multiple times. They have unloaded 2 heavy packages I had & brought them in for me when I was hurt. They have been good to me far more times than not. You will always have someone having a bad day or making a delivery to the wrong place at times but again FAR MORE THAN NOT they will try to help you & correct things. They corrected a Priority package with the wrong address on it (a few doors down in the same block in Florida) & saved us $8.00 to ship again. I tried to change it & could not but they assured me I would not be charged if it came back & it was our mistake. There are new people & they need to be "broken in". I ship 3x a week from both places & had the old-timers "trained". Cut them some slack as they have an extra load now they did not have 2-4 years ago thanks to the big shots cutting back & trying to save a buck & making them do more than the few people there can handle at times. Solid 4 1/2 & should be a 5 but no one gets a 5, not even me for what I do!
