The customer service here is rotten. I went in to drop two items off and I got a crap attitude from…read morethe get-go. The lady (dark hair, glasses, short) didn't even want to get out of her chair to help me. I asked a question about sending two separate items to the same place and I got a snippy answer. Then she didn't scan my items, which is the reason I go in so that I can see that my returns are accounted for by the shippers and now out of my hands. So I asked for a receipt and her answer was a very snotty "I suppose". Ugh, I said I've just never had to ask for a receipt before so that's why I asked. She said she was trying to save paper, but if I really wanted a receipt then she would give me a receipt. And to top it all off, I got a super sarcastic "you have a nice day". I go to this place because it's the only place in town with regular business hours where you can drop off your shipments. If there was another way, I seriously would never go back.

This location has plenty of parking right out front and a large area inside to work on projects or get packages ready for shipping. The first time I went in there was one representative helping another lady but he made sure to let me know he would be with me shortly. Within a couple of minutes he was ready to help me out. It was quick, painless, and a good experience. The second time I went in there was a different college aged guy working who was equally friendly and helpful. He helped me get my project underway and I was in and out of there quickly. From start to finish here there was service with a smile and these folks really got the job done well.

So first attempt happened on monday. Needless to say that came during office hours and I was not home. As soon as i saw that on the app i went online to see what my options were. AND my optioms were ............ none. I could not put a hold on it for collection, i could not request an alternative delivery address to my business address. They just kept attempting delivry over the next few days placing door tags on my doors with no luck. I asked them to get their driver to phone when he is on the way to my. Not one call. Parcel got returned to sender. There is a reason fedex is mocked on in social media as the worst currier company out there. Parcells is constantly damaged, no customer care. Wish companies would stop using them or at least give a person the option to choose the currier you want to use. Fedex will not be chosen once i am sure. Fedex sucks!!!!!
