If a freight is damaged, destroyed or lost, its suddenly "not their problem" and cant help you but you still need to pay for shipping or they cancel your account and there is never a refund, ever. These guys are just middle men and women, nice folks, but definitely not worth the hassle, there are plenty of other brokers who will help you and save your company money.

This post office is on Main Street in El Centro. It is a fairly large and modern building for the…read moresize of the town. I was surprised when we saw it. There is also a good sized parking lot plus some parking on the street. We came in at 11:00-the start of lunch rush on a Friday to weigh and get postage for our tax envelope. There was a short line but it moved pretty fast despite all the different requests. Including our complicated one since we wanted a return request but we were not mailing it today. But the woman was very nice and very helpful. And she figured out how to get it done for us. It's a post office. They are usually short handed for the number of people who come in during the rush at noon or after work. No one likes to wait in line and, luckily, we usually don't have to go here. I will even pay more to go to a UPS store to send things rather than a post office. However, we will come back to this one because it's quite nice.
