Pick up the mail that is in there to be picked up !!!!!! Don't put new mail in and not take the stuff we need sent out !!! Called and reported multiple times ! Put a note on the outside !! Put a clothes pin on it even to hopefully catch the carriers attention and still delivering mail without taking the stuff inside we need sent out ! Unreal !!! Do better please !! read more

They will not pick up the mail they will move the out going mail so they can put the in coming mail underneath it.

Wrong mail. At least once a week I get my neighbors mail and he gets his neighbors mail, and so on down the block. This has been going on for at least the last 2 years (as of 5oct18). Never complained before but as of today every time it happens I will put a bug in their ear. read more

We had a package say it was delivered in our mailbox when I called they were arguing with Me saying it was delivered yes to a wrong address I had neighbors package and my neighbor had mine they stated I should call Cops lol why when there was a package on ground why would someone steal one out of mailbox and not on ground and not my sons package not impressed... read more

Considering I lost my Food Stamps, had no Food Stamps for half a month because you lost my letter that I was supposed to send in for my review and I had to reapply in order to get them back, and then when there was nothing wrong with my letter you sent back my letter that I tried sending DHS with important information after reapplying... I'd say you're getting the worst possible review you can get from me. By losing and then when there's nothing wrong with it sending back important mail like that you are totally messing with my ability to live. A person who is on Food Stamps obviously NEEDS them and because of you I may end up losing them again and this time I'm not sure if I can get them back if I do. Jerks!
