Highlights Include: * Supply ample package locker box kiosks; no more 4 hour lines for a single package. * Provide residential address to circumvent the many shippers that refuse PO Boxes (eg. 500 Lake Dillon Dr Unit [PO Box #]); this is a seemingly simple but brilliant change that will significantly reduce frustration, depression, anxiety. * Promise to attempt customer contact if an issue is encountered regarding delivery. * Clean with modernized fixtures; supervisor repainted main lobby himself. My daughters and I are able to travel the world!…read more After several scheduled appointments at the Longmont location, I was disappointed and worried about getting our documents in time for our trip out of the country come March 2022. But after one attempt we finally got an appointment at the Lyons Post Office and about 7 weeks later we got our passports! I highly recommend and most of it is required but have ALL your paperwork ready when you make your appointment. Birth certificates for all along with with a picture ID and a completed passport application is a must. I have full custody of my 2 daughters so I had to provide a court order copy. Otherwise both biological parents have to be present and sign for minor children. The Lyons Post Office was clean and no busy at all. They also offer the passport photo taking so no need to worry about that! For 3 passports, it was less than $400!

Their work is further increased by UPS dropping off tons of Amazon packages at the Post Office rather than delivering them to the physical addresses themselves. Despite this increase in work, the same dedicated staff continues to serve with a smile. I don't know how they do it. Five stars once again, and I wish the customers would provide the appreciation the staff deserves.

I lost over $52.00 in medical prescriptions this year due to this. It also make things difficult to get another refill when this happens. I am also delivering mail to the proper home address when I receive mail improperly delivered to me. I never know if things I order are going to be delivered to my box or if they are being delivered to the wrong box. I would appreciate the Post Master resolving the issue. I have heard from other neighbors that the letter carrier has an attitude about his inept work.
