Usually a fairly fast and convenient experience. My last experience with them was amazing and that was over the phone with customer service. There's times when USPS isn't so great but that's really the case for a lot of businesses. I prefer to rate based on employee, not the business as a whole. Personally, they seem to be better overall lately in my opinion. At least here in Willamina, anyways. I can't speak on anywhere else. read more

so it is past six o clock pm and we have not recieved our mail. the lady that is the normal carrier always around 3 or so but when its the other person its always so late. my question is why? There is no reason that our mail should be coming so late in the evening. I really do not understand. We never had our mail come so late untill they hired this person makes me think that she does not deliver the mail daily to end the route early and just deliver it another day. for some days we get our normal mail amount others we have about a weeks worth show up all at once. this person should be fired for i dont even trust this person with my mail at this point.so now i am editing our mailed showed up finally 10 o clock at night. thats just crazy. read more
