Visiting this location on Saturday, February 1, 2025 as I approached the main entrance doors, I noticed that the silver frame surrounding the glass near near the lock and where people customarily grasp the door frame of the door had a filthy, grimy film from years of people touching it. Yuck. You would think that someone, possibly the janitorial staff , or perhaps an employee could have cleaned this with soap and water with disinfectant, ..not trying ask anything unreasonable here, but it is often difficult just to have employees fulfill everyday requests for routine postal service with a good attitude from staff...that these areas and surfaces would be cleaned on a daily basis with disinfectant; I won't hold my breath though. Another door (pictured) the surface of the aluminum frame where people frequently touch it was scratched and scored... remember.. this is a government building which we should have pride in as Americans, yet the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE appears to have tossed tht notion to the wind. Lastly, one of the doors (also pictured) was permanently ajar as the closure device was sprung or damaged enough that the door was open 2-3 inches continuously day and night... think of the $$$$$ wasted in heating and cooling year round and paid for by American taxpayers. Oh well, that must not matter . Thank you for the opportunity to share my visit. Again , I won't hold my breath that something will be done to correct any of these items listed above as it is a struggle just to have postal workers perform their assigned duties.

Worst services ever in my life. That's because they get salary every month from our tax no matter what happens

The worst mail service I've ever had in 60 years. Lost mail, mis-delivery, no delivery, no phone service whatsoever, just pathetic.

I usually go to the postal office in near the Sugar Land sugar factory, but this was closer to my job, and the opening hours were a better fit.

This is hands down the worst post office I have ever dealt with. There are consistently only two…read moreemployees ( this lady and a black guy with glasses) working, and they are rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Every single time I come here and ask for help, it turns into an issue. The package drop-off has been broken for most of 2025, and despite multiple complaints, repair requests, and attempts to speak with management, absolutely nothing has been done. It's excuse after excuse with zero accountability. Today was no different. I came in to drop off a package and, unsurprisingly, there is STILL a sign saying the drop-off is not fixed. Not only that, I couldn't even get a receipt to prove I was there. When I asked if the counter could accept my packages, they said yes--but refused to provide a receipt because they were "too busy." That alone is unacceptable. When I asked when they planned to submit a request to fix the drop-off, the employee was, as always, dismissive and uninterested. He repeatedly said, "I don't know," as if the issue has nothing to do with him. When I pointed out that letting this problem drag on for an entire year defeats the purpose of efficiency and actually makes their jobs harder, his response was, "I don't give a damn." That statement says everything about this location. The employees don't care, management doesn't care, and customers are treated like an inconvenience instead of the reason this place exists. This post office can't even handle basic operations, yet somehow finds a way to take its incompetence out on the public. I despise coming here, and it's infuriating that this is the only post office serving the area

I was not sure why this was a thing so I googled it and people were saying that you should go to your designated post office that handles your zip code so that that office gets credit for all the packages they scan. Okay, I want them to get credit so I do that despite "my post office" being 32 minutes from my house. Well I go in to take my packages and I have one package that is too large for the drop box so I take it to the counter and set it there (a common practice for those who have already printed their labels and attached them -that I have observed a million times at various post offices). All the worker has to do is scan the package whenever they get a chance. As I set it on the counter, the lady stares me down and glares at me, so I just say I am just dropping off a package. Mind you, it's taped, label is on, all she has to do is scan it. She says "Okay well I was helping this lady" and ROLLS HER EYES. I DO NOT NEED HELP I have already done almost everything I taped the box, I printed the label and attached it, again whenever she gets a chance all she needs to do is scan it. There is no point in me waiting in line and if I did I am sure she would be mad about that too because I swear a prerequisite to being a USPS worker is having a horrible attitude and just being pissed all the time about everything. It seems like no matter what you can not make these people happy. I am just so tired of using their services and being treated like I am the biggest inconvenience and like I have ruined their entire lives by walking into their establishment.

I never thought I'd say this, but this was a pleasant post office experience…read more Let me clarify, I let my passport expire...I know right. If you've ever done this, you know that now that online reissues (not renewals) require an appt and in person trip to the post office, and finding an appt spot can feel impossible. Fast forward a few months, I ended up here (the 1st available appt within 50 miles of my house), and although I was hesitant and a bit bent out of shape upon arrival, I have to give these folks their props. While I waited for another family to finish their passport affairs, the team member sent me out to expedite my process by acquiring my passport photo down the street (while saving my spot in line...which was a treat, because this spot gets busy). When I returned, the family was still going, navigating questions, and working out payment. I'm sure it was a stressful situation on both ends, but once finished, you would have never known based on how I was treated. Quick, efficient, friendly, and painless. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. After a few weeks...or maybe months...my passport was at my door. If you're looking for a seamless passport experience, I recommend these folks!

A older lady came up for the same thing and pressed it another two times. Still nothing. She pressed two more times and we could hear the worker asking "why are they pressing the buzzer too many times" as we were still waiting for an answer. Very rude and lazy workers. I do not recommend this location.
