I have been a customer at this storage facility on and off for 20 plus years. This facility is secure and always clean. I have had both units and used their RV parking in the back and it is my go to for storage needs. The management staff (Enrique) is always a extremely friendly and keeps this facility spotless. I am always greeted and often see his wife around the property cleaning up. As a business owner I would say that Enrique is an asset to this property and would personally hire him for my company. Seamless! Amazing energy! First off I came from Public Storage around the corner where I had already reserved my storage two weeks prior, I will not go into detail but it was just an awful experience. Thank goodness for Yelp and pointing me to Robyn and Bill! I called up and Bill answered and was cheerful and immediately said come on over we'll take care of you! Close, Clean and Convenient. I've looked at a lot of places to store my RV and this looked far and away the best. Most of these places look like junk yards where motor homes go to die, this one is always clean and well cared for. There is a dumping facility on site as well as a couple of places to wash your coach. Now that I've been here for 5 years, I can tell you that I made the right choice. The management here are smart, friendly and always seem to go the extra mile when you need it. More than once, I've called and asked them to check on one thing or another on my coach (did I leave the lights on?, is my bicycle locked on the back?, etc) and they've always checked on it for me without making me feel like I was pulling them away from something much more important. I recommend it highly! **PS - After posting the above review, I looked at the other reviews posted for US Storage. I was shocked to see the negative comments. They are a little bit more than other places, but not even close to double. I think it's worth it for the clean level area. as far as the other, more specific complaints are concerned. I've always just talked to Robyn and Bill and have always walked out of the office feeling like they heard me and I'm being taken care of. I'm a few months behind on leaving my review but it has given me time to get a feel for the place. I would recommend using this facility. I found them through an online ad and when I called to inquiry on renting a parking spot, both Bill & Robyn were great in answering all of my questions and providing the information that I needed. I ended up going to the facility to take a tour and decided to sign up. The sign up process was very easy. Robyn explained everything in detail so there was no confusion on anything. The facility is nice, clean, and secure. I feel comfortable parking my semi trucks here knowing that Bill and Robyn are there to look after it. The prices were good for the parking spot that I am renting out after comparing it to a few other places. read more

Nobody likes putting their things in storage it's not pleasant. However, US Storage makes the experience as pain free as possible. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are no surprises or hidden charges everything is explained clearly so that you know up front what it's going to cost and when you need to pay to avoid late charges. The facility is located in a good neighborhood and conveniently near Home Depot in cases you need to pick up packing supplies. It is clean and well lit. The storage spaces are behind an iron gate that's probably around 12 or so feet high. Not even a coyote could jump it. Each unit has an alarm that will go off if you didn't put in your number at the gate. They also provide free use of their 16 foot truck which saves a lot of money. Access is from 6am to 9pm plenty of time to get done what you need to do. I miss my stuff but I know it's in a clean safe place so I don't have to worry about it. If you have to use a storage facility I highly recommend this one. read more

I've rented two separate storage units and both have been clean and in perfect condition. The common areas are all just as clean as the units. Everyone who works there is super friendly and very helpful. In fact, every time I've had a question about my units their attitude has been "let's go check it out!" Robyn is the best and nicest property manager I've ever met in my dealings with commercial leases. This was my very first time renting any type of storage facility. I looked it up online and called the top 3 reviewed spots and this place definitely won me over instantly. Staff friendliness and helpfulness is at an all time high. Everyone i spoke to from Lisa to Enrique were so overly attentive and making sure they listened and accommodated all my questions ans concerns. Out of the 3 places I researched, this place had the best RATES, THE BEST UNITS, AND MLST IMPORTANTLY A GREAT STAFF. They worked with me every step of the way and made sure I felt comfortable and even accomodatwd certain times where I can pick and drop off when they are closed if I need to. This is one of the only places that we're so willing to please the client and you can tell they have been doing this for a while as they understand the unique needs of each individual(artist, firefighters, locals, etc.). After I chose my unit, I spoke with Enrique who helped me the entire way. This was the easiest process I have been thru. I didn't even need to go in. He spoke with me over the phone and sent me all the necessary info thru email and made this process beyond stress free. You can tell he is a genuine person who cares. I felt like I knew him at the end of our call loll. Overall my experience so far has been incredible. And I want to thank Lisa, Enrique and his wife and the entire staff again for making this choice a no brainer and for making me feel like family right off the bat. See you guys soon! read more

US Storage Center on Crenshaw first and foremost has great customer service! I was the problem customer, constantly changing my mind as people during the crazy time of moving do! But they rolled with the punches and accommodated me every time. For my issues, all during the weekend, they emailed thier superiors or even called them on thier cell phones on vacation to get things solved for me. In addition, the site is impeccably clean and lighting is great too. The security features are better than nearby competitors. Also, the ability to use the moving van is a great feature and savings as a customer. So glad my stuff is safe and sound with them! read more

I am beyond disgusted with this place. have rented a unit for about 6 months now and every month they call and email no less than 15 times to remind me that I am late. I pay my late charges and fees every month and I pay according to my payday so no need to be reminded every day. ITS HARASSMENT! I asked them to stop and only contact me if there was fire, theft or damage to the unit and they have not-calls continue every day for no reason. as if the rats in the units arent bad enough you have to deal with harassment. I will be vacating soon to another facility where I wont be harassed. whats funny is if you have a question there is never anyone around to help but if it has to do with money they will harass you to no end. I do NOT recommend US STORAGE to anyone. they are beyond ridiculous! read more

US Storage Center - Torrance - has the worst customer service in the business. My corporation had a large unit at this location. We canceled the contract with plenty of notice. The managers didn't recognize the cancellation, sent a number of bills, and then sent the account to collection. We repeatedly pointed out their error, but our efforts were ignored. The managers are very full of themselves. All this after 10 years as a tenant. read more
