The Manager quoted me a price and then 6 hrs later it was done. Still the same price even though it didn't go up like the price.

I come to this shop because they actually tinted the windows on my bmw when I got it as well as replaced a couple windows in my ford. About two weeks ago I had my windshield replaced & after leaving & 48 hours later when I removed the tape noticed the right side of the windshield wasn't flush & sealed. Took it back. Seal was pushed into place but when you got on the freeway could hear air. Took it back again. At first one person kept asking me for a receipt even though I was just there & the guy prior told me they have a record of the car. Now they don't. Long story short they took the windshield out & resealed it again. I took the tape off 3/16/25. Looked at the winded & noticed my beauty piece wasn't properly put on the car for the Winfield & a random price was mounted on to the windshield. My adaptive lighting is no longer working. The guy tells me that his a condensation piece which is fine but it was never mounted to the windshield so it needed to be fixed. He says okay & takes the car back to fix it. His worker completely broke the beauty piece which was brand new form another shop & I have a receipt for & put tape all over it. Even painted the bottom where they broke it. Instead of telling me they broke it & replacing it they put tape on my damn bmw. Save your money go somewhere honest. These guys used to be cool. Now it's all about money even after you already paid. That's literally double sided stock ass tape on the beauty piece because it was broken in half. Instead of saying that this is what they did, they literally came out & told me the fixed it. Save your money go somewhere where they will treat you like a person not talk shit to each other in Spanish, laugh because you don't understand, & break it more . Oh yea I also had the entire car tinted there & it cost $200 total. Now they want $150 just for the fron two windows. I had a car charger in the car that could charge usb c phones. It was my daughters. Has been gone since that day. Go somewhere else, save your time. Hopefully you read all the bad reviews on windshields like I should've before you go in there. They did a crappy job on my windshield , replaced my cracked windshield try to make me pay for a scratched up used windshield . Also damage the molding , refuse to reimburse me for the damages that they caused that i had to pay out of pocket . Stain the interior on the driver side from the whatever they used for the window. Overall nothing but a bad experience . They damage my car and expected me to pay for a used windshield and a pay for the damages that they did. Bad services , all the tech had to say was "we did the best we could it happens ". Now i have more problems then a cracked windshield because i let them do it . I took my truck to have my rear driver's side window and i had to take it 5 times to get it fixed supposedly. What they did they switched the regulator from one door to the other. This guy replaced my windshield in October. I reached out to him because the moldings were never applied once the window was replaced. Moldings we're fine before the window replacement but he claimed with we're broke. Which is fine I'll pay for them I guess. So he said he would get back to me. I've never dealt with moldings before because the people that I pay usually replace those. 3 months go by and nothing from this guy. Called the guy on Monday the 7th and the guy said he would find the moldings and call me back. Nothing. Called him back today just before writing this and the guy started telling me about how he was gonna get to it. This has been since October. On top he gave me attitude. We are now in February 10th.
