The meat was charred and chopped finely so it was crispy & tender. The crinkle cut fries were a pleasant surprise because they were thin and crispy and seasoned enough that it worked well with the meat and cheese. Which they did put a generous amount of cheese too! The guac was a little on the over powering side, I'm not a fan of chunks of tomatoes in guacamole, so I could have done without that but overall I can't wait to visit family again to try other items on the menu!

It was different and neither of us liked the taste. The Birria was dry, especially the Ramen because it had no liquid in it; It was also soaked up in what looked like basic cup of noodles ramen. None of us finished our meal as it just didn't taste good and half of it got thrown away. Our food took a longer than expected but worth the wait. The cook was manning the spot alone. The quesabirria tacos were top notch, double layered tortillas, just the right amount of cheese (extra) the birria itself was soft and flavorful with a little kick in spice. It came with its side of consume to top it off. We also got an asada torta and I havent seen a torta so big and loaded in years. It was double the size and half the price.
