You get corn or flour tortillas, choice of a few meats, and you can have onion and cilantro if you want, and a green salsa. He'd probably even put some other stuff on if you asked, but don't. They are good just the way they are. Don't let the idea of them serving out of a beaten up trailer fool you (he's supposed to be getting a new one and opening up another location he told me). I've been ordering from them since they showed up and never had any health issues.
