I was in town for the day to visit my parents, and my mom and I tried several nail salons that were either closed or not taking walk-ins. We ended up at USA Nails and had the best experience!!! Lisa and Le were some of the nicest people I have ever met, and gave the most detailed pedicure I have ever had. They spent about an hour on our service making sure to get everything right. There was no rushing and they checked to make sure we were happy/comfortable every step of the way. And the pricing is straightforward. I was in town for the holidays and my mother-in-law asked if I wanted my nails done. I was due for a fill so I said sure! Let me start with I knew the design I picked may be difficult. It included straight lines and while as a whole isn't too hard I knew it could be easily messed up. My one star review isn't based on the paint and design, although I am not happy with that either. My one star review is based on how my cuticles were destroyed and actively bleeding! At one point she was trying to get the blood off my cuticle because she thought it was red paint. Five of my ten fingers have cuts, some of which are a majority of the cuticle. My mother-in-law was very happy with her technician and so I think this was this technician, but multiple nails bleeding? No thanks. The good thing is it was only 40 dollars, which is much cheaper for a fill, paint and design near my house. Get what you pay for I guess. read more

I'm really sad that i have to leave a bad review but i just don't want what happened to me and my in laws, to happen to anyone else so here we go! the first time we went to this place it was good, our nails were great (we got gel manis and pedis) they got us in and out fairly quickly for it being three of us. after awhile obviously nail polish starts to chip and i am the type of person, that if my nail polish chips on one nail i need all my nails to be off so i tried peeling it off with no luck, it wouldn't come off. then i got my nails done again (as did my in laws, it was/is happening to them too) and this time, it has been three week and the gel WILL NOT COME OFF!!!! i have had acrylics come off easier than this. i have soaked and nothing! i'm not sure what products they are using or what but it is so strong it literally tore my nail off while i was trying to get it off. it is terrible!!! i would not recommend this place! read more

I will never go and get my nails done here again, I went with my mom and we both picked out certain colors, I got a light pink, while she got a light grey. when they sat me down to redo my fill they had no care around my cuticles I had burns from the drill, my mom went to a different worker and had the same problem, meanwhile niether of our colors were what we had picked out (just to clarify we picked from they're selection) and when I told them it was wrong they continued to paint my nails anyway. read more

I came with my client to get a mani/pedi and we sat for 20 minutes before being taken to a seat and then another 20 minutes before they even started working on us. Took almost 3hours for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. I usually go to 7 star and get acrylics which never take longer than a hour and are always perfect. Don't waste your money here read more

New into town and a friend recommended USA nails...I made a reservation for a pedicure & fill in...was sat right away which was nice and expected when you call ahead and make an appointment. The pedicure was AWESOME...it was a man and I cannot remember his name. He did an awesome pedicure and massaged my legs like an ANGEL...with the hot stones too! It was AMAZING. BUT when it got to my nails it has been 3 weeks since my last fill we decided to just take my old acrylics off and start fresh...tbh i needed it. the only issue I had was when it came to shaping my nails...I get the stilleto or "pointed" shape and I don't think he had experience doing that particular shape. Another tech I believe Ann was her name took over and finished my new set shaped them correctly and all. She did an awesome job on my nails and will def be back to see miss Ann! Just had my nails done less than a week ago here. Went today because one broke in half last night while I was doing nothing. They tried to charge me $10 to have it fixed. That's a third of a fill. If I had known they would charge me that, I would have just had a fill done somewhere else (again, less than a week after having my nails done here). They ended up charging me $6 after I questioned them. There are a couple of good technicians here, but after being stuck with the worst one a few times in a row (after being a loyal customer for a long time!) and having nails break days later after her service EVERY TIME I have her, I don't think I will ever go back here and I would never recommend USA nails like I have in the past. Their service has declined and they no longer care about their customers. And their charges are never consistent. I believe they upcharge when they think you won't understand what they are charging you for. read more

I am usually not the type to leave reviews, but this was such a horrible experience I felt like it was necessary. I was visiting from out of town and my mother in law and I went to get our nails done and she heard this place was good. So thought why not give it a shot... I sit down with the lady who was doing my nails and let's just say I don't think she has ever given a manicure before.. barely clipped my cuticles,but manage to cut my me 4 times. Never said sorry. I don't think she knew what a nail file was because she could hardly hold it. Paint was all over hands or better yet barely on my entire nail. She finished the service and I wanted to cry. You could literally peel off the nail polish she just put on for my gel manicure. That should NOT happen. I told the front desk girl was very nice and said they would redo them for me, but I asked for someone else to redo them. They agreed and had a guy name Davé do them and he was ALOT better, but still wasn't extremely pleased with the outcome. You can see in the two pictures I posted that there is color still on my skin and blood where they cut me. I just have never had such an awful experience getting my nails done and I get them done every 3 week. I felt like I was ripped off and wish I could get my money back. I will never return to this place. Someone couldn't pay me money to go back here. I can't wait to have them re done somewhere else. Update: just took a shower and now they are peeling off. Very poor service. A lot of people go here because it's quick and convenient, but their nail technicians do the bare minimum to get you out fast. They kept changing the prices they would tell us and trying to pressure me into getting gel because they charge $15 extra!!! My mother wasn't even started with her manicure and the lady was making her pay for a service she hadn't even started yet so she tipped $20 not knowing how badly her nails were going to look. My mom and I got a mani pedi and walked out with polish all over our hands and spots of our nails were missing polish. Definitely don't recommend :) read more

My pedicure looked worse than if I did it and I'm pretty awful at doing my nails. And my acrylics are all uneven and not even all the same shape. The design I asked for was like a French tip and it's safe to say the lady who did it should not have agreed to do the design because she was not capable. First time I went a couple weeks ago I was smitten. I got a spa pedicure and a gel manicure. My technician was great (Mykim, I think was her name). She had great attention to detail and gave me exactly what I asked for as far as nail shape and even mended a break in a nail for me so that it would grow out. Today when I went in, I informed my tech right away of the break in my nail that I was trying to grow out and how it was treated in my previous session. He didn't seem overly interested and just had me put my nails in a bowl of whatever it is they use to remove gel polish. Then instead of being detailed with treating my cuticles he just took the dremmel tool and shaved my nails down to a smooth surface. Then used a very course file on my nails that he has just throughly weaked with the chemicals and dremmel to reshape them, subsequently substantially decreasing the length of the nail. He never once asked me if I wanted them shortened, nor did he replace the mend on my broken nail that was removed. Then came the gel manicure... There was virtually zero attention to detail here. He was getting the polish all over my skin on the sides of my nails and under them, which made for a pretty painful first few seconds under the UV light as polish was curing to my skin! I have nails where the gel polish along the sides of my nail is adhered to my skin, as well as the tips of some nails being very thick where he left a gob of polish on the end of the nail. In general I'd say they look worse than they did when I came in. :-( Two stars only because my first experience was so good, otherwise it'd be one! read more

Got a fill in with gel by Amy and three days later my nails started to chip. Went back and she touched it up but you could see the difference where she had added the new color. Now it's been a week since I've had them and one nail is completely chipped off..... never going back! Wouldn't recommend this nails salon! read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had. Attention to detail lacking. Overpriced and not friendly at all

The building is beautiful and I'm sure some of the people here are great. The woman who did my pedicure was awful. She used tools straight from her drawer (not a sterilization pouch) to dig out my ingrown toenails with such force it brought me to tears. I've been getting monthly pedicures for years and while I understand ingrown toenails can be painful, it has never hurt like this. She used a pumice stone on my feet for maybe 45 seconds. Then she slapped the mask on my legs and wrapped them up. She shoved the toe separaters in between my toes and proceeded to paint my toenails in the same style as my nine year old niece. To get the extra polish off she used her razor sharp nails over and over again and dug them into my skin (rather than using polish remover on a brush). She then began to rub my legs for about 1.5 minutes. Her long, sharp nails and rings scraped my legs. She rubbed my right foot, but not my left. This took about 30 seconds. I left with oil all over my right foot and leg, but not my left. My polish is sloppy and my toes are aching. Like I said, I'm sure some people here are wonderful and the building is beautiful, but I will never be back as this was a terrible experience. I've been to probably a dozen different nail salons in my life and this was the worst pedicure I've ever had. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I will forever be back. My first experience here was awesome. I had a man, and he did awesome. I loved the acrylic nails. They were oval and matte black. I accidentally smudged them before leaving, and the man was nice enough to fix them. My second experience wasn't as great. I had a woman and she kept wanting to charge me for everything- long nails, not gel polish, etc. it was crazy. BUT the price ended up still being reasonable. The prices were reasonable both times, and the nails were great!! I would give this place a 10/10. read more

Worst nails I've ever had done! Got a full set of gel nails with French tips and they were ok but nothing great. He didn't fill them all the way to the top and left them longer in length than I had asked.But when I went to get them removed....he cut then so short and ripped the gel off so hard I flew up a few inches off my chair. It hurt so bad and he was so rough! He didn't seem to notice or care. One finger nail started bleeding and he sanded them down so low after the gel was off there is nothing left to them. They are flimsy and nasty now compared to how sturdy they usually are. Not quality work from this place. I will not go back. read more

I was on vacation visiting family here and needed my nails done badly, randomly went to this place to do my nails. Honestly didn't have high expectations since it wasn't my regular nail lady, but I must admit, Long worked his magic with his gently touch and my nails look fabulous! Hana did my pedicure and it was by far the best pedicure I've gotten in a long time, she's also hilarious and speaks fluent English! hahaha. My sister and I went to get nails done on a Sunday after church. Waited over an hour before they began. The gentlemen that did mine was rude and couldn't do the designs. He had polish all over my hands and then had me move spots after he put the gel paint on and was waiting for the other person to do the design. My nails got smeared and he said it was my fault. They seemed understaffed. Found out that my other sister quit going because she did not like the quality of their work. We will never be back. read more

I went in to redeem a gift certificate for a manicure and pedicure. When I first walked in, a young girl greeted me. I told her what I wanted and asked how long. No reply. Finally she said to pick my color. About 10 minutes later, someone finally told me to sit. The only thing that was said to me was asking what kind of spa treatment and to ask if I was sure I didn't want gel. Silence throughout my pedicure. Eventually went for my manicure, same thing but she acted like it was an inconvenience to fix a nail where she hadn't even painted and then to touch up another nail which I had bumped. She didn't speak until she asked for payment. Never said how long to stay with the fans on my nails. (She never took me to the dryer.) After staying for about 10 more minutes, I left. My regular nail tech is on maternity leave so I decided to try USA Nails because I used to get my pedicures here. I was getting gel for my fingernails. She did not shape my nails AT ALL and she filed the tips of my fingers more than the actual nails. Before she started painting I asked for the nail file and had to file my own. She also did not buff them. There were bumps in the polish and it was not painted evenly. Multiple times before I placed my nails under the light I had to pull cotton strings out of the polish on my fingers. I asked for a baseball design with just the stitches and it was terrible. The stitches were all connected to each other with no break in them. She asked how I liked the design and that was when I had had enough. I asked her to take them off and of course she spoke in a different language which is very uncomfortable anyway and then her boss came over and took my polish off. After the polish was off HE FILED MY NAILS!! If she had done a good job, why would he have to file them? He tried to have another technician sit down and paint them again, but I said that I was going to go somewhere else. Huge waste of my time. read more
