Took out a loan from the Check' n Go location in Franklin, Wisconsin since I wasn't able to pay my…read morebills after I lost my job. They actually encouraged me to take out more money than I needed. Bad idea, they shouldn't suggest to people to take out more money, Second mistake, I asked for them not to call me after I paid off the loan. They continue to call asking if I needed money. I'm wondering if I should contact the BBB and the FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection?

Otis has no people skills what so ever. He dude does not belong in customer service. Cockiness and talking down to me who was just trying to get some clarification.
