Secondly, when we scheduled, we were not told the ultrasound machine was not properly working. The tech was not able to provide me with imaging of our first and major ultrasound for our child. This was huge! I would have never scheduled here. Then I was told they were having trouble making the measurements. All in all this left me feeling uncomfortable and uncertain of the test results. When I confronted the desk assistant she didn't seem to know what to do. I also sat over an hour after our apt time because they were busy and didn't have time to check my insurance benefits, allowing all other to continue to pass me up until it was confirmed. Also while back in the ultrasound room, although there was a paper over the bed, the pillow was well used and had several stains that looked like blood on it. And the paper did not cover this. Beforehand I told the girl up front. I couldn't sit that long because of my back. I already had been there an hour as it was. When I got home I called Simon Med. To get an appointment on (6/10) I got there at 10:30 for my 10:45 MRI appointment. By 11:30 the 2 women up front. Changed my appointment to 11:30. I asked them why. RUDELY with their ATTITUDES obviously NOT in check. Even though I was only asking a question with a good tone. Both women said since I left yesterday. Without telling anyone. They had to work me in today. I said I talked to Simon Med yesterday. And they gave me a 10:45 appointment. They told me the 10:45 appointment belonged to someone else. And I was told to their words. "U are literally next" NO, I wasn't Because, people STILL went ahead of me. By now it's after 12:00 p.m.. FINALLY, 15 or 20 minutes later The MRI tech came out to get me. It's probably 12:15 /12:20 now. After my appointment. I had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. So, they could put both the lumbar and the thoracic on a disc for the doctor. The techs were the only good thing about my HORRIBLE experience today.. By time I got out of there. It was already after 1:00. I STILL CAN'T believe I was in there. For over 2 and 1/2 hours. Especially, given that my back pain is EXTREMELY chronic.. And I was in pain the whole time. And I came in there with a supposal appointment. That I received when I called Simon Med on the afternoon of (6/9). It's a shame I have to leave this BAD review.. Especially, since I've had a GREAT experiences in the past. This HORRIBLE experience definitely took the cake. And if somebody else can learn from it. AMEN. And more power to U ALL. Just make sure U go in with an appointment.. Even though I talked to them on the phone on (6/9) And they gave me an appointment But, when I came in for my appointment. I supposedly didn't have one Which was awfully convenient. This last time I even stopped in to schedule my appointment and stressed how I didn't want to be kept waiting and today again they weren't going to get me in on time. I personally find this to be very inconsiderate of their clients time. I'm still a working woman and taking time out to have an MRI which takes about 45 minutes is difficult for me. I had to move mountains to make it work. I was told to show up 15 mins in advance for my 8am appt so when I showed up the doors were locked. The kind lady who works the desk told me they open their doors at 8am and then we joked about the communication break down from one hand to the other. Then the X-ray equipment did not work. What was worse is they knew days prior but did not call me to reschedule. I would not be so upset if I did not have to juggle the calendar of others including my 90 year old mother with Alzheimers. I left and called another radiology organization to schedule my mammogram. Its too high risk to go here when they have old equipment that does not work. The staff was very kind and apologetic.

Things happen, and they kept me updated even when I had a minor emotional breakdown on the poor lady calling. These absolutely fantastic folks were able to get me in on a day they were normally closed. I'm in a fair amount of pain and need this to move forward to get relief. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I paid cash because, again, my insurance and they didn't treat me as someone who was lesser than for choosing that method. Thank you, to all of you. It was an exceptional client experience and you are the best. You didn't have to go above and beyond, but you did. It is appreciated.

My MRI/X-Ray tech, Jason was also very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. MRIs can be a pain due to the closed space you are in, but Jason made me feel comfortable.
