First off, let me be clear that this review is for THIS Verizon location and the staff, not for the…read morecell service as a whole. Now that we've got THAT out of the way.... this place rocks. We've been Verizon customers for a little over a year now, having switched in 2018 after we got fed up with the miniscule pockets of coverage dished out by AT&T. In the several times I've had to visit the store for one thing or another, I've never left unhappy or dissatisfied. The people are ALWAYS friendly, and always solve whatever problem I throw at them. If it weren't for all the jackwagons wanting their half-caf triple soy mocha dairy-free, gluten-free, taste-free coffee-free lattes that clog up the parking lot, this place would be perfect.

I switched my entire family--6 phone lines--from AT&T to Verizon on July 3, 2026, based largely on…read moreVerizon's switch promotion. I was told that after trading in our phones and transferring our numbers, Verizon would provide bill credits and reimburse the remaining AT&T device balances through digital gift cards. I completed the required submissions for all 6 phones. On August 13, I received ONE of the six expected gift cards. That is when the nightmare started. I called Verizon about the other 5 cards. The representative could not find them, so I emailed my final AT&T bill and was assured everything had been fixed. She told me the cards should arrive within about two weeks and that she would personally follow up. She never did. On August 27, I called again. The next representative could find no notes, ticket, or evidence that the previous representative had actually resolved anything. Nothing was pending for my other 5 cards. I had to submit my AT&T bill AGAIN and spent approximately TWO HOURS on the phone while Verizon contacted the rebate center and manually entered the 5 missing rebates. I specifically asked for verification this time. The rebate representative confirmed they were entered and said she had approval to rush the cards. They still didn't arrive. AT&T then attempted to withdraw $1,966 from my bank account for the device balances Verizon's promotion was supposed to reimburse. I was able to stop that first withdrawal. I called Verizon AGAIN. Another representative initially couldn't find the rebates. After I explained everything, she finally found them and transferred me to the third-party rebate center. She specifically promised to stay on the line and explain the situation for me. After waiting approximately 20 minutes, the rebate center answered--and the Verizon representative was gone. She had disconnected and left me to explain everything all over again. I finally went to the Verizon store in Owasso because phone support had accomplished nothing. The manager eventually contacted someone he knew and told me to check back in a week. I returned and was told the rebates were still processing. He gave me his number and told me to contact him for an update. I texted him the following Monday. No response. That same Monday, AT&T successfully withdrew the $1,966. Because Verizon still had not provided the reimbursements it promised, I was forced to take CASH ADVANCES from credit cards to make sure my mortgage and other bills were covered. Had I not been watching my account closely, my mortgage payment could have bounced. This has gone far beyond poor customer service. I moved SIX lines to Verizon based on this promotion. I fulfilled my obligations, traded in the phones, submitted the required information, and have provided my AT&T bill multiple times. Meanwhile, I have spent hours on the phone, made multiple trips to the Verizon store, been promised callbacks that never happened, been told issues were fixed when they weren't, and been passed from one person to another. There is a clear pattern: no accountability and no follow-through. Verizon has had no problem billing me and taking my monthly payments. But when it comes time to honor the promotion that helped convince me to move my entire family from AT&T, I have had to fight for more than two months just to get what I was promised. I am STILL waiting for 5 reimbursement gift cards. And because of Verizon's failure to resolve this, $1,966 has been taken from my bank account and I have had to use credit-card cash advances to protect my mortgage and other household bills. I am disgusted with the level of customer service I have received from both Verizon's phone support and my experience trying to get this resolved through the Owasso location. I don't want another promise to call me back. I don't want another transfer. I don't want to hear "wait another week." I want Verizon to honor the promotion it used to get my business, issue the remaining 5 reimbursements, and take responsibility for the financial hardship its repeated failures have caused my family. After this experience, I deeply regret moving all 6 of our lines to Verizon.

First off, I have had my ATT account approximately 30 years. That does not matter to these people…read more On May 21, 2025 I went into this store to upgrade my iPhone and Apple Watch. They could only get the phone done that day for whatever reason so I had to go back the next day to do my watch. The watch was a nightmare, they couldn't get it to connect to my account for nearly a week. And the store did absolutely nothing about it, I had to do it myself by working with the people at the ATT 800 number. Plus, a few times the 800 number people would tell me something would have to be done at the physical store, but when I went in these people never had a clue what to do. Also, it's been nearly 6 months and they are still charging me for my iPhone upgrade that was supposed to be free with my trade. This store and it's manger (Amy) have been no help at all. After many hours on the phone over the months with the ATT 800 number, on August 18 I finally found out the store clerk made an error on the original paperwork and still now, after nearly 6 months, and knowing this, the store has pretty much washed their hands of me. This is no small mistake either, it's over $1,200. Also, I have my elderly parent's phones on my account. They both need to upgrade their phones too but I'm not doing it here, and not at all with ATT if they can't fix mine. I really hate to leave ATT as a 30 year customer. It's pretty bad when the customer is more loyal to the company than the company is to the customer.

Nice ppl and likely proficient but they cant pull up a simple webpage (times out/never loads) to…read moreshow coverage for a given address. They dont even use ATT for their service at their shop: red flag
