They buy the vehicles from auctions! All vehicles are SOLD AS IS and if you finance you can PURCHASE WARRANTY. So, you'll end up buying a vehicle that has some kind of mechanical issues and then you'll be PAYING FOR IT to get FIXED‼ Also, make sure that you READ EVERY WORD on the contracts BEFORE YOU SIGN and do PAY ATTENTION to the INTEREST RATES! DO NOT LET Kalon the smooth talker paraphrase it for you nor Chase the crook, well BOTH of them are schemers, crooks, and conartist! They work with Palm motors to make up numbers that don't make sense and doesn't add up and their interest rates are ILLEGAL for the State of Louisiana! They won't stop doing what they're doing until they are OUT OF BUSINESS‼ They allow there customers to test drive their vehicles with NO GAS, which can cause problems with the vehicles FUEL PUMP because it can pick up TRASH‼ They told me that they do that ON PURPOSE, incase a customer wants to drive off in the vehicle‼ I seen so many red that should've made me NOT PURCHASE a vehicle‼ The game of this car lot and many others is that if you finance they get FULL PAYMENT from the loan company, sell us and AS IS NO WARRANTY VEHICLE in which WE PAY FOR WARRANTY‼ At the end of it all, EVERYONE WINS BIG except us CUSTOMERS and CONSUMERS‼ It's BEST to take ANY VEHICLE to get a DIAGNOSTIC done on it BEFORE PURCHASING and if they don't want you to, DK NOT PURCHASE‼ I bought my vehicle and still couldn't drive it yet because I've been waiting on their MOBILE MECHANIC to fix it and it has been DELAYED because of the rain‼ My vehicle told me that I need to have my oil changed before I left the lot but Kalon the Crook told me that the oil was good, its still a good color and Chase said the same thing, so it might be SOMETHING OTHER than an OIL CHANGE‼ I've had it for less than a week and when I start it up it makes a screeching sound like it's the fan belt or alternator ‼ I called Chase about it and he said that we buy vehicles from auctions and they sit, so when not driven they can make noises because of it. I normally don't write reviews but always read them when shopping for almost anything!! These guys deserve a 5 'A plus!!! We bought 2 cars a few weeks back for my college girls (future presidents)!!! We gave them our budget and they did not let my girls leave with out their dream cars!!! We did not purchase any warranty but yet they were their with a first class attitude to help with the little problems we did have! THE WORST PLACE IMAGINABLE. In February 2017, i purchased my 2006 F150 from them, with only 122,000 miles on it. And thats where the end of the good part starts. They sold me the vehicle DOUBLE the NADA and KBB price quote and told me that their adjustor person or whatever they said sets the price, which was apparently 14,000, 7,000 dollars more than kbb and nada. I should've checked and said something. Secondly after i bought the truck, within 24 hours the cam phasers starting making noise. So i called them and they told me to bring it in and within a couple hours they'd call me to come in and get a diagnosis and maybe fix it. So, mind you i just worked a 24 hour shift and drove an hour and a half to get to the shop, i go there and wait from 8 in the morning to 4:30 IN THE AFTERNOON for them to call me and say they didnt know i was staying in town and they didn't even look at it yet and they'll start now after i specifically said ill be in town until its looked at. Finally i get a call at 5 to come in. They confirmed yes it was the phasers and also bad spark plugs were causing a missfire. The shop calls the owner of the dealership and tells him whats going on and the dealer says its not detrimental to the health of the vehicle, change the spark plugs only. Nothing else was done. So i had to leave my truck overnight and return the next day to pick it up. Not even but 5 days later the truck kills on me at the store. I am able to get it back running barely and limp it home and park it for a week before a mechanic could come pick it up. After 2 weeks of not having a vehicle the mechanic had to replace both cam phasers, timing chains, chain guides, and vct solenoids to fix it but the catalytic converter was also bad. Not to mention before i went to the shop for the dealer my window regulator and track broke so 2 days later after they changed the spark plugs i had to get that fixed. After i got the truck back i replaced the converter then my wheel hub on the driver side went out that same day. Replaced that a week later. Within two weeks my truck was still running badly so i replaced all 8 coil packs which finally fixed the running issue. Fast forward a month, i had to replace my muffler, my steering wheel had been turned right off of alignment since day 1 so i had the shop also check all the ball joints and alignment, what i found startled me. THE NUT THAT HOLDS THE BOLT IN THE A PLATE THAT HOLDS MY PASSENGER WHEEL HUB ASSEMBLY IN PLACE WAS GONE AND ONLY 2 THREADS PINNED IN THE ASSEMBLY HELD THE WHOLE THING TOGETHER. They never even checked the truck before they sold it to me. Something so simple that could have gotten me killed was left unchecked. Following this and a few more problems i finally, AT THE END OF JUNE, fixed everything on this truck. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NOR GO NEAR THIS PLACE SO LONG AS I LIVE AND IT STANDS OPEN. Not impressed with this dealership. Bought a vehicle with them that had problems twice after we bought it, and weve only had it for about a month or two. The first problem happened before we even got our plate in. Contacted this dealership and they said there was nothing they could do. Spent 800$ on this vehicle so far. Our "warranty" covered nothing, not even a loner vehicle for my fiance to get to work. All this place cares about is getting your money and then after that, they will not do anything to help you or make it right. Use caution when buying from this place. Id recommend having your own personal mechanic looking at the vehicle if thats possible before purchase because whoever they have looking at there's missed a few important things. After test driving this vehicle, this dealership was ready to sell us a vehicle that they knew needed work on the brakes. After mentioning the brakes, they suddenly remembered there had been work done on one side of the vehicles breaks but not the other. We should have taken that as a red flag, but were really needing to get into a vehicle that we could fit our children in, and these people seemed nice and the process of getting approved was so easy we were sold. Please dont make the same mistakes we did! Lesson learned! read more
