We had 15 professionals in my group -- all of varying backgrounds and levels of experience in mediation. The trainers were all very helpful in answering questions and making sure we knew and understood the information. The materials were amazing -- and I am sure I will continue to look at those materials throughout my observations and into my mediation practice. Dr. Firestone was our main trainer and was great! He definitely is an expert in the mediation field and wants everyone to succeed as mediators. You can tell this by his delivery of the materials and his wanting to answer questions to make sure everyone understood. We gained a lot of knowledge in 5 days of training and we had some grins, laughs and smiles along the way!
