If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Overall terrible service…read more- I changed accountants to a different one after a year (because Accounts Direct never answered my emails) and they decided to not complete my tax return even though I had paid them to do so. They called me up and said I had to pay another £144 to do it since the direct debit had apparently stopped and that's how much I owed them. Afterwards, I calculated that I had over paid them £360. They won't reply to my emails at all now and have taken that extra money. Overall appalling service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
